Dear @ThailandFanClub & @MFAThai, Thailand has made a lot of money from foreign tourists over the years, but the way they’re being treated at Immigration offices is disgraceful. Why can’t #Thailand grant an immediate visa amnesty like other countries have done for Thai citizens? – at Samut Prakan, Thailand

I’m calling for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to announce a visa amnesty for foreigners in #Thailand for the duration of the #COVID19 pandemic. The virus is the security threat. Not us! #Thailand 🔴 You can help by retweeting the tweet below 👇👇👇👇 – at Samut Prakan, Thailand

Many governments around the world have offered free extension of stays to foreigners trapped in their country to no fault of their own. Indonesia is just one of those countries. Thailand has made a lot of money from tourism. Isn’t it time that they paid some of that back? Please? – at Samut Prakan, Thailand

I respectfully ask @MFAThai to use their influence to ask the Immigration Bureau to either offer an automatic two month extension of stay to all foreigners in #Thailand whose visa is about to expire. Or at the least, allow tourists & expats to extend their stay online. Thank you. – at Samut Prakan, Thailand
