Also worth noticing about propaganda storyline generally: 1. If the US/West does evil stuff (Shepherd, Graves etc.), it is because of personal greed or bad personality. Bad apples. 2. If the "enemy" country (Russia, DPRK etc) is evil, it's coz it's inherent.
