English is an ethnicity, that has never (before now) been debated. It is not based on where you’re born or anything cultural. It’s based on ancestry. I’m half English, half Irish, but 100% anthropomorphic badger.
Traditionally, to be British has meant being ethnically English/Welsh/Scottish, like a national ethnicity umbrella, but nowadays it’s used interchangeably with “British citizen” by most, understandably IMO.
To be unambiguously, completely African and call yourself “English” is akin to ethnocide. If anyone can be English, then it’s a meaningless distinction.
To say someone’s culturally English makes perfect sense, but to say someone IS English requires them to be of English ancestry.
If an Englishman moved to an all-English commune in rural Japan and they all interbred for hundreds of years, the (highly mutated) population of that commune would still be English.
If, instead, my wife and I moved to Japan and our children went on to breed with the natives, and their children bred with the natives (and so on and so forth), at some point that English ancestry would be so diluted as to not be worth considering. Pedants will argue that the point at which English becomes Japanese in this scenario is too woolly; therefore, it’s impossible to classify someone as ethnically Japanese. This is the Sorites paradox. Just because the point at which A becomes B is ambiguous does not overwrite the observable reality that B exists.
To close (sorry, I rant sometimes), I’d ask why these people feel it’s so important to be considered English? Does it matter so much to you that you’re willing to erase the legitimate identity of others just to satisfy your desire to be a Tranglosaxon? Do you feel that a version of you that’s English is worth more than the version that’s Indian or African?
That sounds a bit racist to me.

The difference between the parties, is that @reformparty_uk is trying to win an election and no party can win a majority by actively endorsing the toxicity that exists around @RestoreBritain The ‘don’t punch right’ strategy is electorally dumb.
Supporters of Restore need to decide if they want to remain activists or supporters of real change. There may only be a matter of months to decide.

In 2024, I was invited to speak at Reform UK’s party conference.
When asked what I wanted to see from the party, I recommended that they embrace a policy of remigration and reject the concept of “British values” in favour of authentic British identity.
Two years on, they have done neither - indeed, they have been actively hostile to both.
That’s why we launched Restore Britain. Now Reform can’t win elections, and they have no one to blame but themselves.
Their strategy should be to make us irrelevant by outflanking us on policy. Instead, they bleat about “splitting the vote” while offering an increasingly radical electorate more of the same discredited status quo.
Their decline is probably terminal. And they richly deserve it.
The British people deserve a REAL alternative, not the establishment that has ruined our country masquerading as one.
And now they have it. Restore Britain.
Strong Reform wins overnight!
In Worksop East (Bassetlaw), we went from nothing to 46%, with Labour sinking from 74% to 37%.
We also smashed the Lib Dems in a ward in Halton, Cheshire, which they won in May this year.
The Westminster bubble is as out of touch as ever.
Sadly, we did lose one ward in Dudley. We won 872 votes, Labour won 874 - and Restore took 159.
The next election will be existential for Britain. I’ll deport everyone who is here illegally. Vote Restore, get Labour.

Having been part of multiple elections at home and abroad for 2 decades I have observed the cut through. Most voters only deal in 'vibes'. Top lines are largely all that matter to significantly move the needle

Just when you think they couldn’t sink any lower.
The long waited body cam footage from my arrest dated August 2025. 10 police officers in ski masks, face shields and equipped with a battering ram entered my home for an allegation of some burgled pasta from a complimentary buffet in a migrant hotel. Some points to note:-
• excuse the penguin dressing gown!
• there was 95 minutes of footage on 8 body cams so I’ve trimmed it down as best as I can
• They refused to let me help my terminally ill mother out of bed
• They locked a chihuahua and a shih tzu in separate room to us and initially refused to let them out over “safety concerns”
• my girlfriend who is type 1 diabetic and requires insulin to survive, needed insulin immediately. When we were in the lounge it was asked for and told the officers where it was in the bedroom. Apparently 6 officers couldn’t find it after 10 minutes until I said it was a medical emergency and they finally let my girlfriend retrieve it in the exact place she said it was.
• The female police officer in the van with me had the language of a 9 year old on some occasions, using phrases such as “more bigger” and finishing sentences such as “but yeah”. Extremely unprofessional.
A 30 thousand pound operation over an allegation of unpaid plate of pasta from a complimentary migrant buffet.

Tommy Robinson was found guilty of harassing two Daily Mail journalists. He faces up to 10 years in prison.
The journalists tracked him to Cyprus and published his family's hotel location, knowing there's a fatwa on his head. He's the one convicted.
Meanwhile, grooming gang members who abused underage British girls are still out there. Not deported. No jail time.
