1/ I am looking for anything to do with the use of asbestos-handled finishing tools in bookbinding for an article—particularly any images you might have of tools, and confirmation of suggestion that it was Sandy Cockerell's idea in the first place (I know he sold them), and
4/ @SoBbookbinders @DesignerbookUK @bookworkers grateful if you can get this message out to members (in newsletters etc.?)—these tools are still floating around in used tool sales and not always recognised as such. bainbridge.abigail at gmail if anyone wants to get in touch.
5/ Survey! It is very fast - for bookbinders and book conservators to give me some statistics for the article. forms.gle/VeTM65gqSgeyWPW66

Any ideas about places with great gardening and book relevance (library, university?) that might be convinced to plant up a garden of book-related plants for my new project??
Help a girl out & retweet all over the shop. It could be adjusted to pretty much any scale but would be nice if it was a decent size. I have a list of approx. 100 plants.
