Please for the love of God. Read more fiction. The pervasive and relentless need to improve yourself every waking moment is driven by fear. Life has more than enough materials for you fear. But don’t you want to feel something else? To be inspired? To feel love? To take pleasure in things? If you cannot fill a mind space created by a master of the craft, how will you develop empathy for your users? The Mom Test is not going to do that for you.
