Sliding into my DMs, we’re back to PASSING THE BUCK 💸 Our situation became an APF case bc @_austrian ignored our complaint for so long that we became legally eligible for APF arbitration. TL;DR @_austrian can’t talk to us now bc…they wouldn’t talk to us before…? 🧐 10/
Again, GASLIGHTING: APF found in our favor but closed our case bc @_austrian “is not willing to comply w/ the law,” precluding a settlement. @_austrian won’t answer us in writing, they ghost their own govt & now they’re trying to SILENCE me when I call them out on socials 🤐 11/

In 2021, DPU collaborated with the Network of Women Doing Fieldwork in evaluating how effectively our #PhD programme was mitigating the risk of gender-based violence to students during fieldwork.

Hi @Arbeiterkammer & @vki_konsument 🙋🏻♀️ APF advised us to contact you bc @_austrian “is not willing to comply w/ the law.” They falsely denied my partner boarding from VIE➡️LHR & failed to provide care & support services per EC 261/2004 while they stranded us in Vienna for 2 days.
Hi @_austrian👋 Last June you wrongly denied my partner boarding. The Austrian APF backed us up👇but said you’re “not willing to comply with the law.” EC 261/2004 lays out the compensation you owe us. I didn’t think legal compliance was a Q of willingness. What gives?
