Our little video streaming platform had a pretty good year, and a lot of great people helped us make it happen. Thank you.

If North Sanpete Volleyball beats Juab tonight they’ll have the second longest winning streak ever. They’re at 48 wins in a row right now. Panguitch won 72 in a row from 8-21-2009 to 8-22-2011

On this Ash Wednesday, Days Of Ash is released as a self-contained collection of five new songs and a selected poem - American Obituary, The Tears Of Things, Song Of The Future, Wildpeace, One Life At A Time and Yours Eternally (ft. Ed Sheeran & Taras Topolia). This new EP is a response to current events, inspired by the many extraordinary and courageous people fighting on the frontlines of freedom. Four of the five tracks are about individuals – a mother, a father, a teenage girl whose lives were brutally cut short - and a soldier who’d rather be singing but is ready to die for the freedom of his country.
Days of Ash EP available now. Listen here: u2.komi.io/

When the government creates a national ID card at no cost, as most of the world does, and allows people to instantly download birth and marriage certificates, or naturalized citizenship documents, at no charge, and you can apply online or at a post office, I’ll accept voter ID.

When Charlie Kirk was killed, I saw Mormons supporting the Christians.
When Mormons were shot and an LDS church burned down (by an Evangelical), I saw those same Christians use that tragedy to make sure people knew Mormons were not Christian.
It still bothers me.

“Early on, I learned that when I tuned the world out, I was able to tune in a mysterious, God-given music. It was my gift, and it allowed me to interpret and understand emotions I couldn’t articulate.”
Rest in peace, Brian Wilson.

This is honestly so sad. Joe Biden talking about the death of his wife and young baby daughter in 1972… cannot even imagine the pain of that.
It’s time to rest Joe
Thank you for your service Mr President. I'm bombarded by negative comments about you daily but I know a good man when I see one, and you are a great man Sir!
My fellow Democrats, I have decided not to accept the nomination and to focus all my energies on my duties as President for the remainder of my term. My very first decision as the party nominee in 2020 was to pick Kamala Harris as my Vice President. And it’s been the best decision I’ve made. Today I want to offer my full support and endorsement for Kamala to be the nominee of our party this year. Democrats — it’s time to come together and beat Trump. Let’s do this.

Anthony Edwards and the Timberwolves chose not to participate in "Inside The NBA" interviews, standing in solidarity with Karl-Anthony Towns and Rudy Gobert against criticism from Draymond Green, per @TheAthletic
“Edwards was surrounded by a tight-knit team, one with such strong chemistry that it decided as a group that no player would appear on TNT’s ‘Inside the NBA’ postgame show after their victory in Game 4 in Dallas, team sources told The Athletic. The decision was a sign of support for Gobert and Towns, who were the subject of derisive and seemingly personal criticism from panelist and Golden State forward Draymond Green.”

This is very personal and difficult to post. Last month I had a hemorrhagic stroke. A recent MRI has shown 2 growths in my brain. I will be meeting with a neurosurgeon this week and I will be having brain surgery in the coming weeks and will begin a treatment plan. I'm not afraid to admit that I'm scared, but I'm also up for this fight.
I love covering Utah High School Sports. It's been an honor since 2005 to be one of the voices of the State.
I am going to work to be back for football season. Please don't hesitate to reach out. All positive messages are welcome.
