If you want to improve tapering success, adding a therapist is paramount.
In one trial, CBT raised benzo discontinuation success from ~25% to 70–80%.
Not a marginal improvement.
This is why we built a network of therapists who are familiar with psychiatric med withdrawal.
They support patients through their tapers, working alongside the prescriber.
Tapering alone shouldn't be the default.
