Finished Super Mario Bros 3 for the first time since 1990. It is still great fun. Fairly long and slightly stressful since you can’t save and thus have to do it in one run. But immensely satisfying! On to SMW.

Played through Luigi’s Mansion for GameCube for the first time. My son and I really enjoyed it. Luigi nervously humming the theme song as we wandered around the mansion was a highlight of my Nintendo experiences. I couldn’t get enough of it!

It is kind of a simplified clone of Star Raiders/Starmaster. Not so complicated as that, but for example I never knew there were star portals you could find to refill energy or what the different audio tones meant.
