An amazingly sunny weekend back in February and Bath Scouts went to PGL Osmington for an adventurous weekend enjoying high-ropes, archery, shooting, fencing and a quiz. Very useful to those working for their Adventure Challenge Award! bathscouts.org

Scouts 'endure' another great hike!
15th Freshford & 28th Bathampton Scouts embarked on their 3rd Annual Joint Endurance hike earlier this month. They faced a challenging hike through muddy woods & flooded fields building resilience with every step! bathamptonscouts.org
One of our groups recently enjoyed an evening of tactics and strategy at the Thirsty Meeples games cafe in Gay Street, Bath. A games evening is just of the many activities Scouts are involved in on a weekly basis. Find out more at: bathscouts.org or DM us here!
HELP!!! Our minibus was stolen last autumn and we're urgently crowdfunding for a replacement -(the bus was insured but the payout alone won't cover our costs).
Please spread the word & give what you can to help our young people: justgiving.com/crowdfunding/…

Some thoughtful words from our Chief Scout, @BearGrylls from his new book: Do Your Best - How to be a Scout bit.ly/3OEffOx
ALT How to be you Only you can decide how to be you. You can hopscotch through a storm, Handstand on a hill, sing to the stars, Or sit very still in a field at midnight. Some days are for work and helping others, But some days are for doing nothing But reading a book or watching the rain. Choose the brightness of your light. Be a beacon to show others the way Or a candle that keeps the night at bay. Tomorrow is a place no one’s been. Your future is a place only you can go. But you don’t have to go there alone. Think carefully about whom you walk with. Judge them only by the size of their heart. We’re all heading to different places and the only superpower that counts is your kindness.

The Beatles released a new single today, Now and Then. We spotted this fab shot of their statues in Liverpool. Did you know that John Lennon and Paul McCartney were both Scouts? Read their Scouts story here: bit.ly/3QJyZBH
