4 years ago I was a commentator & picked @The305MVP up from the airport. I asked “is 28 too old to start training?” He replied “Next year, do you want to be a 29 year old pro wrestler or JUST a 29 year old?” 4 years later.. my full time job = Pro Wrestler. Owe a lot to MVP 🫡

Anybody that became an adult in the military I guarantee you would take one look at VNDL48 & immediately recognize their level of commitment to the group ANND to the overall mission… That level of camaraderie is forged in battle.

Me & Mr. Happy tore up DFW & Colorado this weekend… Traveling with him this past month has been absolutely great. Getting to do what I do makes me feel like the luckiest man on earth… I even baby sat! (For real, Mr. Happy should be a F’n millionaire. Just amazing at what he does… I also wanna give a shoutout to @KJOrso & @Sam_Stackhouse Those 2 guys, man, they’ve been so good to me. I learn something from them every day.)

In the gym at 4am… my work ethic in the gym has been peak since I was a Soldier, before I became a professional wrestler… WHAT HAS NOT BEEN PEAK - my nutrition But that completely changed I’m down 27LB’s since the last time I was on @nwa Powerrr
