Improving education has been a priority since day one.
We made a state record of $2 billion invested into Nevada’s education system, aimed to improve school infrastructure, reduce student-to-teacher ratios, and better support students in need.
But our work goes beyond funding. We expanded school choice, opted Nevada into the Federal Tax Credit Scholarship Program, increased funding for student transportation, improved pay for charter school teachers, and passed AB 330 and SB 460 to strengthen school safety and accountability.
We’ve made real progress, but there’s more work to do. We’re just getting started to make sure our students, teachers, and school staff have what they need to succeed.
Election Day is one week away, & Early Voting ends this Friday, 10/30! Make time to go vote for a better Nevada!

When I became governor, my very first executive order ended Sisolak’s COVID emergency mandates and powers. Since then, Nevada has led the nation in post-pandemic small business recovery, unemployment has fallen to its lowest level since before COVID, and we’ve created over 100,000 new jobs.
We’re finally recovering from the damage of the Ford-Sisolak mandates. We can’t afford to go backward now.
