Customer signed up for @StarlingBank account on 7th May. Received and activated card on 12th. Applied for Bounce Back Loan and then received money on the 13th. Starling then withdrew offer and money on the 18th. @Bounce_BackLoan @EmDunks @peterevans10 @BritishBBank @AnneBoden

If you've signed docs for a Bounce Back Loan with @StarlingBank and then been refused/rejected or had the decision reversed then msg me as got a few people who it has happened to and can connect you to take joint legal action against them @AnneBoden
Followed up today with 6 people who have had problems with BBL's from @StarlingBank and @AnneBoden still hasn't picked up the phone or messaged them back. @AnneBoden is just full of empty promises and marketing BS on her twitter.
@AnneBoden try picking up the phone and helping customers who have had their accounts froze without explanation, been wrongly turned down for a BBL or even been accepted for a BBL only to have it reversed days later and the money taken and legal agreements deleted.

The worst report I've had is a @StarlingBank customer who was accepted and paid and then had their account froze and the loan doc deleted and money taken because it was outside their new risk appetite:

NEW: I understand Metro Bank is to receive accreditation to offer #bouncebackloans this afternoon. Bank has had to build whole new digital unsecured lending platform from scratch.
Just seen a DM that @StarlingBank have removed in app msg's now who had their bounce back loan reversed.
Has your @StarlingBank account been frozen after receiving your Bounce back loan funds. If so get in touch as seems to be happening quite often.
@MerianGlobal are you aware @StarlingBank are breaking the law and under investigation???
