If you just:
- Analyze one deal a week
- Close when you say you'll close
- Actually care about your tenants
You're already ahead of 99% of investors.
This is my favorite commercial ever. So much nostalgia.
'Real estate doesn't work anymore.'
That's what people say... until they see the same house run five different ways.
So stop asking IF real estate works. Ask HOW it works.
Here's EXACTLY what I mean -->
Ask yourself four things:
1. What do you actually want more of, money or time?
2. Who runs it day to day? If it's you, count your hours as a cost.
3. Is it allowed at THIS address? Check zoning and licensing first.
4. What's the plan for the empty months?
And here's the part I really want you to keep -->
GrokBot for real estate investors: here's the big deal.
And no, it's not that it's the smartest AI. (It isn't lol)
But this thread will explain why im LOVING IT right now.
You still have to train it. Like a new employee. And that takes time.
Plus it NEEDS to have the full context of your business (a “second brain”).
But once it's trained... (key part) ---->
It just works. 24-7. Better than any human.
That's the big deal with GrokBot. The easiest way to build processes and have them executed.
If you want more on this - I'm hosting a class this week on how to ACTUALLY use AI in your real estate business - just head to BeardyBrandon.com/ and join my Ai for REI newsletter and you’ll get notified!
Real estate investors know the oldest rule in money. Pay yourself first.
Then we wake up and pay everybody else first. With the one thing we can't refinance.
The morning.
This week I'd been awake about three seconds. Then I grabbed my phone. A long text thread between a couple of my business partners. Almost all bad news.
(Yes, I'm the guy who wrote The Intention Journal. I'm aware.)
Those texts would've said the exact same thing an hour later. I just wouldn't have been the same guy reading them. Grumpy and reactive all day.
So now I decide the night before who gets the first word. For me it's coffee made the slow way, a chapter of the Bible, and prayer while I stretch. Then the texts.
The contractor's "quick question" will still be there.
Who gets your first word tomorrow?
