So, Wildwood is terrific. A lot of old folks like me wish for the dark, quasi-traumatic family film of our youths. We don’t get them very often, but Wildwood fits the bill. High fantasy, real stakes, complicated characters, incredible animation. Long live Laika.

Pretty devastated to hear John Anderson passed away today. This guy was one of my all time favorites. One of the nicest people I have ever met and one of the coolest and most stylistic singers that has ever graced a microphone. I grew up listening to my dad’s vinyl John Anderson albums and learning to play guitar to them. I was fortunate enough to meet and even get to perform with him a few times over the years and I will forever be grateful. Thanks for the songs that were such a big part of my early years and for the influence you and they had on me and my music. Rest easy bud. 🙏🏼

Loyd Price, animator and supervisor who helped establish Aardman's feature animation team, has died.
His credits include 'Chicken Run' and 'The Curse of the Were-Rabbit,' and his legacy lives on in the generation of animators he trained and championed.

We’re deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Loyd Price. A gifted animator, mentor and friend, Loyd dedicated more than 30 years to Aardman, inspiring and championing generations of animators along the way.
