Paradise Valley just raised the bar. PropertyShark's 2026 ranking of America's priciest ZIP codes puts 85253 at No. 30 in the nation, with a record $3.6M median sale price. That makes it Arizona's most expensive ZIP code for the 8th year running, and the only one in the state to make the national list. It's the address Crown Canyon calls home: a secluded 30-acre gated enclave in a mountain preserve, with just 12 residences. In a ranking dominated by oceanfront towns, the desert is holding its own.
