Linehan and Shatter, what a sad duo. The videos coming out from the 3 Arena last night are a heartening sign of people power at a time when world leaders are continuing to turn a blind eye to the psychopathic crimes against humanity committed by Israel.
We had last night in Dublin an Irish musical version of one of the Nuremberg Rallies of the 1930s.
Manipulated, indoctrinated, excited young people, who know little of the history & complexity of Israel/Palestinian conflict, the demonic slaughter that took place at the Nova Music festival, Hamas promises to repeat it & Hamas refusing to disarm & obstructing a UN sanctioned peace process, drinking the Cool Aid of Israel & Jew Hate.
All hidden behind a beguiling “ Free Palestine” slogan that calls for the eradication of the worlds only Jewish state & either the extermination of 8 million Jewish Israelis, half of world Jewry, or their expulsion to an unknown destination.
And I once wondered how come the vast majority of Germans adopted, embraced & celebrated Hitlers Jew hating Nazi ideology during the 1930s. The exuberant excitement & dancing at Dublin’s 3 Arena gives all the insight required to understand it all.
And, of course, RTE promoted the event not only on the Late Late Show but also on its news website & following its conclusion gave it an ecstatic news slot on Radio One’s Morning Ireland.
A public service insight into today’s Ireland.
Man calls out alleged racism whilst being racist without a hint of irony
Zionist makes shit up in order to further ant Irish agenda

The Social Democrats aligned with Fine Gael and its Fianna Fáil underlings during the Garvaghy Road issue. This was obviously a monumental error of judgement but also the morally wrong option. They're paying for it now.

Irish troops to be deployed to participate in an Israeli instigated Lebanese civil war. We’ll have officially gone from peacekeepers to peace enforcers. But people worried about the removal of the triple lock are overreacting…
Irish troops should be deployed to Lebanon as part of a new EU mission and be involved in both peacekeeping and peace enforcement duties, according to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Defence Helen McEntee.

The move has been described by doctors as a “de facto recruitment freeze which presents clear and significant risks to patients”. Nurses said staff and patient safety have been “thrown out the window”.

One third of HSE areas have curtailed public health nursing to priority cases #ShaunaBowers
Routine development checks for babies are being triaged in seven health areas, raising concerns that children are ‘being left behind’
Consequently, routine and non-priority developmental assessments may be delayed, limited or suspended for many babies.
The HSE data also shows there has been a small reduction in PHN staff since December 2020, falling from 1,557 whole-time equivalents to 1,535 at the end of last year. Four of the six HSE regions saw a decrease in staff.

So people are noticing a drop in this month’s pay packet. That’ll be the higher PRSI you’re now paying (+0.15pp to 4.35%).
The pay-related benefit for recently unemployed workers the PRSI hike is funding was the only weekly welfare payment NOT increased in the budget. Go figure!

⚡️ Statement by the Embassy of Russia in Ireland (October 23, 2026)
The much-publicised discussion in Ireland of the issues with the “Triple Lock” legislation and Irish neutrality includes continuing references to Russia made by the leaders of the Irish government, which contain unfounded allegations, as well as misrepresentation of the way the UN Peacekeeping mechanism works.
In the course of the debate in the Dáil on October 21, Helen McEntee, the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Defence, strongly objected to the current “Triple Lock” legislation on the grounds that it presumably allows Russia, as a permanent member of the UN Security Council, “to have a say over which peacekeeping missions we can send our troops to”, or even to veto Irish participation in such missions, and that ostensibly does not sit well with the Minister who believes that Russia is “attacking European member-states, including Germany, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland”.
We strongly believe that any decisions on the matters of neutrality or any other policy matters are sovereign issues to be discussed and decided solely by the Irish government and the Irish people. At the same time, it is obvious that such decisions – whatever they are – should not be made under false assumptions, which is exactly the case with the Minister’s statements. Contrary to her assertions, the UN Security Council does not vote on what countries take part in a peacekeeping mission – its composition is agreed in the course of multilateral consultations conducted by the UN Secretariat and the interested UN member-countries. Also, there is no known record of Russia being against Ireland’s participation in any UN peacekeeping mission. Consequently, the allegations by Minister McEntee are reprehensible and misleading, grossly distorting the substance and the meaning of procedures provided by the UN Charter.
❗️In the same manner, the Minister’s speculations over Russia’s “attacks” on the EU countries are totally baseless, dangerously provocative and unacceptable. This kind of rhetoric is unthinkable for any responsible member of a government.
It is regrettable that the Irish government has chosen to deliberately question the workings of the UN – despite its much-advertised commitment to the central role of the UN in the international order – with the aim to promote domestic policy agenda. It is also incumbent upon Irish leadership to realise that exercises in Russophobia cannot make up for a serious failure in its approach to relations with Russia and issues of peace and stability in Europe.
Truly terrifying that a Government minister can have an ad pulled that he disagrees with. Orwellian....
No consent for the Triple Lock either...

What a shameful day for our government. Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael think they can give away our neutrality but it's not theirs to dismantle.
Western 'liberal' 'democracy' is ultimately all about power, profit for weapons manufacturers, endless violence and war. We can't have this

My dear Stephen,
How lovely to see you marking the sixtieth. One of the darkest days in our history, etched in the memory of the nation, a community of such strength. All true. And all of it happening to somebody else.
Here is the part your tribute left in the drawer. The tribunal found the Coal Board wholly to blame and said the disaster "could and should have been prevented". The Coal Board then demanded £250,000 from the disaster fund to clear the tip that killed them. The fund, raised by public donation for the families, handed over £150,000.
Your party's government applied the pressure, in secret. George Thomas objected, then folded, and leaned on the trustees until they folded too. The Charity Commission sat on its hands. Nobody was prosecuted.
It took thirty years to give it back. In July 1997 Ron Davies, your party's first Welsh Secretary of that spell, returned the £150,000 without interest and without inflation, and conceded the demand should never have been made.
So yes. Remembering is lovely. Your lot billed the bereaved for clearing the mine's own tip.
Twenty three likes. Five retweets. And looking more like your father every year.
Do carry on, pet.

GOVT MISINFORMATION ALERT - If Ireland deploys DF to proposed ‘EU Support Mission’ to Lebanon without Triple Lock -It will NOT be a Blue Helmet Peacekeeping Mission -It will be an EU (Von Der Leyen ‘We Stand With Israel’) Peace Enforcement Mission to Disarm Hezbollah -A CIVIL WAR
Micheál Martin is lying, this is NOT about peacekeeping, it's about militarisation, selling out the little of our neutrality they haven't already trashed and their dream of joining NATO or some EU defence war mongering effort. This government is such a disgrace.
Too all of you saying *take the day off*... all that tells me, is you haven't been listening to those who work in healthcare. This is going on for YEARS.
There are not enough staff...never has been.. housing prices, cost ofvliving and shye wages means we cannot retain staff.
