Behind the blue pfp is one of the most talented and creative social media minds in the game. I’ve gotten to know @alexjmingolla over this past year and I’m very excited to welcome him to the Chiru Labs team. Treating your NFT holders as consumers and raising from VCs and from NFT sales is the fastest way to send your project to 0. Case in point CloneX, Moonbirds, Doodles. Legendary projects that got greedy and stopped caring about their community and treated them as a consumer.

Less is more, stay focused on what you’re good at. If you set out on a specific goal and are now deviating because of shiny object syndrome you’re going to leave your audience with choice overload, deterring new consumers/members and confusing existing ones in the process

If your project is sitting below the mint price, any marketing dollars spent is a waste of money. Your projects floor price is your marketing, and teams that don't get that fade into irrelevance. Communities are formed around price action, not good vibes and fun meet ups. 🫡
