I'm probably just overreacting to a very loud and very annoying minority but tbh the worst thing the 2017 Astros did was cause a certain segment of fans to think every great team is cheating instead of simply dogwalking their opponents for a dozen games
You learn very quickly that the perpetuators of the biggest storylines of this World Series (ESPN, FOX, etc) fundamentally don’t understand stats, and it’s the biggest reason they push back against analytics.
