Yup. They all do it, often written on a blackboard under ‘catch of the day’ or Fisherman’s Catch’ which is pure spin. One high end place was selling bass at £22.50, written on the blackboard as ‘fisherman’s catch of the day’; only on asking did I find out it was farmed in Greece!
