My @AmazonUK Echo Show 5 crapped out, only shows black screen, restated, factory reset, still does it. Funny thing is this was a replacement for an Echo spot that the display broke on. Doubt I’ll buy an Echo device again

Shocking customer service, buy a vacuum from @curryspcworld Tamworth and was told reasuringly when I asked about the broken seal not to worry. Get it home, vacuum has a cracked outer casing, they now sell used broken goods apparently!! #customerservice
