🚨@DataRepublican has been documenting the network discussing a “Fourth Founding,” with a political crisis potentially creating an opening for major structural reform. I have been reviewing the Democracy Files exposed by @DataRepublican, @SKDoubleDub33, and @iamlisalogan. While going through them, I stumbled upon this document. It matters because it shows what one possible legal vehicle looks like. It is a ready made “Emergency Application” for a state legislature to invoke Article V: “Be it resolved by the legislature of the State of ______” If 34 state legislatures submit qualifying applications, Congress must call a convention to propose constitutional amendments. Any amendment would still need approval from 38 states. The draft proposes changes involving federal power, spending, term limits, checks and balances, and Citizens’ Assemblies. It also says convention delegates would be elected by popular vote, instructed through state Citizens’ Assemblies, and subject to immediate recall if they departed from their mandate. No Article V convention has taken place, and the Constitution does not answer many of the procedural questions raised by this proposal. An attached comment then suggests launching a January 2026 campaign for an Article VII “National Citizens’ and Constitutional Convention.” That creates an even larger legal question.. Article VII was used to ratify the Constitution written in 1787. It does not provide a modern process for calling another convention or replacing the current Constitution. This document adds an important piece to what @DataRepublican has been reporting. The “Fourth Founding” discussion was not limited to just rhetoric about a future crisis. The documents include reusable legislative language for opening the constitutional amendment process, along with comments exploring an “Article VII” route that the Constitution does not actually provide.

JUST IN: The Pentagon has published a remarkable image of China's secretive Shenlong spaceplane in orbit, captured by a Maxar satellite and featured in its newly released 2026 space threat assessment. The reusable, uncrewed spacecraft launches aboard a rocket and returns to Earth on a runway, similar to the U.S. military's X-37B. China has conducted four orbital missions since 2020, demonstrating the ability to deploy and maneuver near other objects in space. The DIA warns that technologies used for satellite inspection and proximity operations could also support anti-satellite capabilities. China has disclosed few details about the spacecraft's missions or capabilities.

ANDURIL AND QUALCOMM $QCOM ARE STARTING A NEW LAPTOP COMPANY CALLED BLUECHIP The laptops will be rugged and waterproof, built for the military, police, and first responders, per WSJ. Anduril will make them at its Arsenal-1 plant in Ohio, and Qualcomm's chips will be made at TSMC's Arizona plant. Founder Palmer Luckey says 90% of each laptop already comes from the US and its allies, with a plan to go fully American-made.

BREAKING: Cowboy Space has unveiled “Big Iron,” an 86-meter rocket designed to transform its upper stage into a massive AI data center in orbit rather than discard it after launch. Each rocket is designed to deliver over 15,000 kg to orbit, with its upper stage becoming a megawatt-class, solar-powered computing platform carrying five racks of NVIDIA $NVDA Vera Rubin GPUs. The rocket’s structure would double as a cooling radiator, while its propellant and pressurization systems would help cool the computers and deploy its solar arrays. Cowboy is also developing nine methane-fueled engines for the first stage, with initial combustion chamber testing completed at NASA’s Stennis Space Center last week. The company is targeting its first Big Iron launch in 2028, with plans for a constellation of up to 20,000 orbital data centers, subject to FCC approval.

Eric Manton, a former USAID employee associated with the Democracy Renewal Group, reportedly discussed consulting federal workers about conducting internal agency “blocking” during emergencies, then instructed that the activity be left off the paperwork. Why conceal it? Who participated? What exactly were they planning? The obstruction tactics described in this activist network include running out the clock, selective hearing, convenient forgetfulness, and blaming workloads to frustrate executive directives. That's a hell of a strategy for people supposedly dedicated to protecting constitutional government. Now follow the organizational trail. The Democracy Renewal Group. Branch-4. Renew American Democracy, coordinated by former USAID veteran Daniella Reiff and Paul Zeitz. The Federal Workers Alliance for Democracy, led by Beverly Schreiber. How many federal employees were contacted? Which agencies? Who approved the strategy? Were lawful directives actually obstructed? These questions deserve something considerably more serious than another fucking lecture about defending democracy. And here's where the betrayal becomes especially infuriating. Americans are endlessly told that threats to democratic institutions demand investigation, transparency, and accountability. Yet when activists discuss obstructing the elected executive from inside federal agencies, we're supposed to admire their commitment to democracy? Bullshit. Get the communications. Identify the participants. Preserve the records. Determine whether taxpayer-funded employees engaged in deliberate misconduct. Subpoena the organizers. Put the relevant witnesses under oath. Establish who directed what, who knew about it, and whether anyone crossed the line into criminal conduct. Because an instruction to hide obstruction discussions from the paperwork is a damn good reason to start asking questions. And if the permanent bureaucracy believes its political mission places it beyond democratic accountability, Congress and federal investigators should disabuse it of that delusion. Under oath. "We have identified over 400 non-citizens who had voted in Washington, and many of them have voted multiple times. That means we have identified over 1500 ballots illegally cast. This is not the full number of non-citizens who have been both voting in Washington. This is only the tip of the iceberg. With a small sample that we have collected so far, we are confident that we are looking at thousands of non-citizens who have been voting in Washington." Months before the actual transition, the following are achieved in advance: • Civil society and activists get prepared for big uprisings. • Media narratives are pre-seeded. • Foreign officials provide cover. The last point is what this drop is all about. You saw it last night - as soon as Lula "won" the election, EU officials and Alex Soros immediately swept in with their congratulations. That is a deliberate strategy to grant Lula legitimacy, not an organic congratulations. The idea is to saturate the people with the idea that "this is the legitimate government, and you will accept it." In these files, we see the various NGOs strategize on how to reach out to governments in advance and prepare them for what is coming. We also revisit how USAID OTI, the regime change arm of USAID, allegedly re-organized themselves inside the country. We record one meeting taking place between Horizons Project and Catalonia officials. That we were able to document a meeting at all is unusual, because I'm told that these meetings are generally arranged at the highest levels and kept off the record (think Jake Sullivan, Norm Eisen level).

Then within the files, I see very similar language: "The system is broken — and it cannot fix itself." Does that mean the specific ex-USAID workers we've been tracking are controlling Newsom? No. But as you've seen throughout these files, every individual in the ecosystem belongs to multiple NGOs and alliances. They network constantly. They attend each other's conferences. They form coalitions on similar projects. They give each other feedback. That's how they develop a hive mind. The proposed methods may differ from group to group, but they are all converging on one goal: America governance must be rewritten from top down, and soon.
