Was an entire vibe hosting @ishowspeed at @windjammerlanding this week.
It’s not just the visit, it’s watching someone experience Saint Lucia in real time. The views, food, people, energy… it hits different here.
You can’t explain Saint Lucia. You feel it.

Every human being has equal value. Every single one.
At the United Nations General Assembly, I challenged a world that still decides whose lives deserve protection and whose suffering can be ignored.
No race is superior. No people are disposable. Until we honour that truth, "everywhere is war" remains a warning we have failed to heed.
What the world needs now is love, with the courage to confront injustice and defend our shared humanity.
Love and a little kindness. For everyone.
Proud of the Caricom Community for standing up!

There are zero scenarios where I would leave an island without my friend if I didn't know where they were and whether they were safe or not. None.
June 6 marks one year alcohol free.
Not because I struggled with addiction, but because I realized it had become a quiet crutch in how I showed up in certain spaces. A way to soften anxiety, ease discomfort, and perform confidence instead of truly feeling it.
So I stopped.
What followed wasn’t dramatic, but it was deeply honest. I had to relearn how to exist in rooms without a buffer. How to sit with discomfort instead of escaping it. How to choose myself over fitting in.
It’s been a year of clarity, presence, and rebuilding confidence from the inside out.
And I’ve never felt more free.

We Caribbean people were meant to ISLAND HOP🗣️
DROP THE AIRFARE PRICES A BEGGGGG
There is no way we have to witness paradise behind screens cause we can’t afford to visit.
Benjamin Di’Costa retweeted
If we are truly serious about regional travel, all Caribbean governments must see it as an essential public good and service, set aside a percentage of the national budget to make airfares affordable. We are so close (see ya across the water from the beach), yet charged so much.
Dear @iflycaribbean and @interCaribbean_
Where 👏🏼 are 👏🏼 the 👏🏼 marketing 👏🏼 campaigns?
This is prime opportunity to fill seats across the ENTIRE Caribbean region.

Start shaming these Caribbean leaders and CARICOM on a global scale. There needs to be protests in every Caribbean country… if you don’t loud up the place nothing will ever change.
Lowkey… this was always the kind of exposure the Caribbean needs. No script, no overproduction just real moments and culture moving naturally.
The way I trying to touch the road looking slim for Saint Lucia Carnival, but Speed paraded all that island food online…

I love Caribbean people.
Why today alone I learned:
"Please leave me alone, I have nothing nice to say to you."
and
"Leave me alone, breadfruit!"
