My number 1 priority when I'm elected will be to stop the impending Medicaid budget cuts. Medicaid is really the backbone of children's healthcare here in South Carolina. If these budget cuts go through, rural hospitals will close, tens of thousands of South Carolinians will lose their insurance. That will be my number 1 priority.
