Jak widzi mnie Grok i jak wyglądałby świat oparty na wartościach, które promuję?
Łukasz Bernaciński stanowczo broni wolności słowa, niezależności mediów, prawa do prywatności i wolności religijnej, jednocześnie krytykując nadużycia władzy, cenzurę, biurokratyczne marnotrawstwo oraz nieuzasadnioną inwigilację. Promuje w swoich komentarzach odpowiedzialne sprawowanie władzy, zasady demokratyczne, sprawne funkcjonowanie instytucji publicznych oraz wartości tradycyjne, zakorzenione w polskiej tradycji konstytucyjnej.
Świat ukształtowany przez idee zawarte we wpisach kładłby nacisk na konstytucyjne ograniczenia władzy, wolność słowa wolną od cenzury, prywatność, wolność wyznania, życie rodzinne oraz bardziej odchudzone i odpowiedzialne instytucje publiczne.
Obraz koncentruje się na wolności słowa jako prawie konstytucyjnym, ograniczeniu nadmiernej ingerencji państwa i inwigilacji, ochronie życia religijnego i rodzinnego oraz preferowaniu prostszych, sprawniej funkcjonujących instytucji kosztem rozbudowanej biurokracji.
Under the cover of night and in the absence of the President of the Republic of Poland from the country, the police have forcibly taken control of the empty Constitutional Tribunal building.
The police claim that activities posing a threat to health and life were allegedly taking place inside the vacant building over the weekend. Despite this, the Tribunal’s own security personnel, the Vice-President of the Tribunal, and its director are being denied entry. In violation of the law, the police officers have obscured the identification numbers and names on their uniforms—a practice typically employed when an officer knows they are breaking the law and wishes to avoid being identified.
President Karol Nawrocki has ordered the presidential aircraft, which was en route to Senegal, to turn back; he is now returning to Poland. Previously, the President had warned Prime Minister Donald Tusk that any attempt to forcibly enter the Constitutional Tribunal would be met with a firm response.
Article 128 of the Polish Penal Code stipulates that anyone who, with the intent to remove a constitutional body of the Republic of Poland by force, engages in activities directly aimed at achieving this objective, is subject to a prison sentence of up to 20 years.
Two years ago, the President of the Constitutional Tribunal filed a notification with the prosecutor's office, alleging that the government—under the direction of Prime Minister Donald Tusk—had committed the crime of a coup d'état. The process of authoritarian consolidation in Poland continues. The assault on the Constitutional Tribunal and the President represents the final stages of a complete, undemocratic seizure of power.
Once again in its history, Poland is fighting against totalitarianism.
Another Polish ambassador resigned from his position in connection with the events at the Constitutional Tribunal.

W związku z faktem próby sprzecznego z prawem przejęcia TK nie widzę możliwości dalszego pełnienia funkcji Ambasadora RP w Rumunii.
O mojej rezygnacji poinformowałem @prezydentpl i @sikorskiradek
‼️Police have ordered politicians, individuals with immunity, journalists, and pregnant women to leave the protests. They will soon use direct coercion.
After the President of the Republic of Poland entered the Constitutional Tribunal building, police prevented legitimate Constitutional Tribunal judges, former ministers, and members of parliament from entering.
The police have now gone on the offensive, actively pushing protesters further away from the fence.
Some police officers became lost in the crowd, straying from the cordon. The protesters are not attacking, overpowering, or knocking them down – they are emotional but remain peaceful and non-violent.

An easy explanation for Americans.
Tomorrow, a Supreme Court justice dies and the House of Reps choose a candidate, Senate confirms him. President refuses to ratify.
Candidate is sworn in anyway, with an empty seat substituting the President. Then candidate declares Chief Justice Roberts invalid, suspends him and Clarence Thomas, and declares himself Chief Justice by seniority. House of Representatives send police to enforce this (I know they can't do that, but imagine they had the power to).
That's what happened in Poland. Yeah. Blatant disregard for rule of law.
The President of the Polish Constitutional Tribunal Bogdan Święczkowski has been suspended in his duties along with his Deputy after Judge Korwin-Piotrowska issued a decree in which she described "improper discharge of their duties" and "preventing legally appointed judges", including herself, from "joining the work of the Tribunal".
President Nawrocki has turned back his plane en route to Senegal saying "At a moment like this, the President must be in Poland."
Police have secured the perimeter of the Tribunal headquarters as protests and counter-protests have been taking place throughout the evening.
The status of Judge Korwin-Piotrowska as a member of the Tribunal is itself disputed as political manoeuvrers by the governing PO party and the previous PiS administration have for years controvertialised the institution.
Maciej Berek, a would-be Constitutional Tribunal judge who is called the mastermind of today's operation, published a video of the President of the Republic of Poland entering the Constitutional Tribunal building.
The President of the Republic of Poland, Karol Nawrocki, arrived to greet the protesters at the Constitutional Tribunal.
The President entered the Constitutional Tribunal grounds without a word, breaking through the police cordon.
The police did not dare to detain the President, but they did detain his bodyguards (the State Protection Service).
Experts are clear. Police have been preparing for mass street protests since yesterday.
This may mean that the government plans to escalate the conflict. xitter.gq/Sluzby_w_akcji/status/…
Dear reader, have no doubt that Poland is merely a training field. If we do not unite in resistance across national borders, your country could be next.
See, the rule of law and democratic principles are being violated in Romania, Hungary, Great Britain, Germany, France, and Spain. Now, in Poland, force has been used against the legitimate judiciary that curbed the government's authoritarian ambitions.
If the former President of the European Council can use armed police in Poland today, your Prime Minister can do the same tomorrow.
Wake up, Europe.
A law society has secured evidence in the attack on the Constitutional Tribunal. The order suspending the legitimate President of the Constitutional Tribunal and replacing him in his position was received by the usurper Anna Korwin-Piotrowska a day earlier from another Constitutional Tribunal judge, whose term had not begun due to failure to take the oath. The document is clearly authored by Krystian Markiewicz, and the date is October 29, 23rd.
This is further evidence of the judges' participation in a conspiracy with politicians to forcibly seize the constitutional body of the state.

A peaceful protest by Poles is underway in front of the Constitutional Tribunal. Opposition party leaders are speaking, calling on Donald Tusk to "stop the anarchy of the country." Public figures, NGO representatives, and opposition activists who distinguished themselves in the fight against communist rule 40 years ago are in attendance. Those gathered are singing the Polish national anthem and patriotic songs.
Media reports indicate several hundred armed police officers are present near the Tribunal.
A chronological summary of the most important information – how they planned the attack on the Constitutional Tribunal.
August 26 – Donald Tusk publicly announces that he must be sure that "our judges will enter this building."
September 4 – The Sejm elects Maciej Berek, a minister and Donald Tusk's right-hand man, as a Constitutional Tribunal judge. Some MPs argue that this candidate does not meet the statutory formal requirements. Therefore, the President is postponing his oath of office until he presents documents confirming his qualifications.
October 14 – Berek illegally takes the oath before the Speaker of the Sejm instead of the President of Poland. The oath is invalid, but photos and the narrative circulate in the media.
October 19 - The media, according to sources close to the Prime Minister, reveals that "each judge elected in the current term has a role and clearly defined tasks to perform within the Tribunal (...) The mastermind of the entire operation is Maciek Berek, who coordinates all actions, especially legal ones, with the judges." "They know exactly what options are on the table, what will happen and when. They also know what to do at what point."
October 29 - The Deputy Chief of Police sends a letter to provincial police commanders ordering them to equip officers with machine guns and maintain combat-ready platoons until November 8.
October 30 - The State Security Service (similar to the Secret Service) ushers a person elected as a Constitutional Tribunal judge who has not yet begun his term into the Tribunal through a back gate, along with the police. The forceful phase of the attack on the Constitutional Tribunal begins.
You already know the rest of today's events.
We document all the events of recent months and years at obserwator-praworzadnosci.pl…
The Association of Prosecutors has released a police document stating that "Given the operational situation in the country (...), riot squads should be equipped with submachine guns."
The police also instructed provincial commanders to maintain combat readiness of riot squads for the coming days.
The last time police shot at Polish protesters was 45 years ago, during the communist occupation.

Representatives of left-wing parties not in parliament have arrived at the Constitutional Tribunal and publicly appealed to Prime Minister Donald Tusk "to turn back from this path." They emphasized that the protesters are fellow citizens and should not be fought.
Police have blocked media vehicles, making it difficult for journalists to access them. The officers are refusing to provide their names or show their official identification, even though they are required to do so in Poland. When asked about their superiors, they claim they don't know who's in charge.
Meanwhile, a meeting between the President of Poland and the legitimate President of the Constitutional Tribunal and the President of the Supreme Court will soon take place at the Presidential Palace.
The President of the Republic of Poland has returned to Poland. He is on his way to the Constitutional Tribunal.
The usurper Anna Korwin-Piotrowska publicly stated that she would not allow anyone into the Tribunal, not even the President. She stated that the President could invite her to the Presidential Palace.
A very important conclusion. For citizens of the entire European Union👇 xitter.gq/Sedona_Red/status/2116…
