It's time we give it to you straight: In 2023, $WOJAK launched as one of the first major Wojak meme projects in crypto, pioneering the integration of the iconic Wojak character into onchain culture long before the wave of imitators and copycat deployments that followed. For more than three years, we have continuously built the community, brand recognition, and ecosystem surrounding the project through sustained commercial activity and community engagement. In 2026, the project officially migrated from the original contract infrastructure while maintaining continuity of the original community, branding, and social presence. This includes the migration of several of the original 2023 Wojak digital assets like the X account (@wojakcto) and the Telegram community To reflect the maturity and legitimacy of the project, we formally sought protection for the Wojak name in connection with cryptocurrency-related services, including use of the associated ticker. We are also actively expanding protection into additional categories as the brand and ecosystem continue to grow in response to market demand. As meme IP, branding, and internet-native culture continue evolving into legitimate digital ecosystems with real commercial value, the distinction between authentic first-mover communities and opportunistic copycats becomes increasingly important. It is important to note that there have been other WOJAK-formative filings attempting to benefit from the goodwill and recognition built by the community over the years. However, U.S. trademark law is not simply “first to file.” Trademark rights in the United States are fundamentally tied to priority of use in commerce and bona fide commercial activity associated with the mark. The official $WOJAK token is on Ethereum and has 3+ years of tenure as the official Wojak. The original Contract Address is: 0x8De39B057CC6522230AB19C0205080a8663331Ef $WOJAK on Ethereum, has formally filed for intellectual property iprotection with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). You can verify this here: tmsearch.uspto.gov/search/se… We're solidifying the Wojak IP to remain with @wojakcto immutably and eternally GGs

The real story of $wojak, the OG wojak that is on Ethereum of course The 0x8d $wojak is a pure CTO. It was rugged by the @wojak Twitter account after a quick PnD to extract $$ Real community formed around the rugged $wojak led by top Ethereum whales from a majority of the biggest meme projects A CTO took place to try to save the project. During the process, we found a way to work with the other Wojak on Ethereum (0x50 WOJAK) led by @phuktep PvE instead of PvP Maybe the only time in crypto history of such magnitude We did something truly unique We used the 0x50 WOJAK's extra thick (too thicc, honestly) liquidity pool to turbo charge the new 0x8d $wojak with a special smart contract The 3 year old 0x50 WOJAK community migrated over to the new 0x8d $wojak and instantly got more value in their wojak tokens. It was a full migration and the smart contract worked atomically to swap and burn Thanks to this, over 27% of the 0x8d $wojak has been burnt and our community has doubled in active community members During the migration, we acquired the 0x50 WOJAK X account and renamed all digital assets to @wojakcto We've also secured the cashtag $wojak on Twitter and have the WOJAK ticker on Centralized Exchanges It's time we work together and unite to send $wojak to billions and fulfill the prophecy Ethereum is the right chain for this Ethereum is full of believooors Ethereum is for conviction And $wojak is for everyone The soul of the the internet The Feels Guy in us all It's not a matter of 'if' It's a matter of 'wen'

a tale as old as time itself @pepecoineth
