You may be a mother, a wife, a sister, or a businesswoman. Whatever role you play, never forget to treat yourself with love, kindness, and gentleness.
Every role comes with its own responsibilities, and every journey has its own challenges. Life may not always be smooth, but amid the busyness and uncertainty, I hope you will continue to cherish yourself, believe in the good you are nurturing, and find the strength to keep moving forward.
Because no matter who you are in the eyes of the world, you are still worthy of love; starting with the love you give yourself.

Sometimes, kindness comes at the cost of our own hearts.
Living a life of kindness can sometimes be a challenge in ways we never expect.
They have always been mindful of others, always worrying that they might unintentionally hurt someone. Yet, sometimes, what they receive in return are the harshest words, as though they were the reward for their kindness.
But if they could choose all over again, they would still choose to be who they are. They would still choose kindness. They would still choose not to hurt others, because they know what that pain feels like.
Because they know how deeply it hurts to be wounded, they never want to be the reason someone else has to experience that same pain.
Perhaps kindness will not always be met with kindness. But they still believe that, in a world where people sometimes cause one another so much pain, keeping a heart that knows how to love is something truly precious.
Still, they are learning that being kind also means being kind to themselves — learning to set boundaries and understanding that kindness should never become a reason for others to hurt them.
Because they can remain kind without allowing others to take their kindness for granted.

One chapter closes, and another begins.
Because once the boat has set sail, the journey is still ahead.

Some of the strongest people you know are carrying burdens no one can see.
We often believe that being "strong" means never breaking, never resting, and always putting everyone else first.
But real strength also means knowing when to pause, acknowledge your feelings, and show yourself the same kindness you so freely give to others.
Today, take one minute to ask yourself:
**"How am I really doing?"**
If the answer is "I'm tired," that's okay.
You don't have to earn rest.
You don't have to prove your worth.
And you don't have to carry everything alone.
If this message speaks to you, leave a ❤️ and share it with someone who needs this reminder today.

Interesting question.
We never truly know which lesson will take the longest to learn until we pause, look within, and explore our inner world. Sometimes the greatest lessons are not found in what happens around us, but in what is waiting to be discovered, understood, and healed within us.
Regulating your emotions is not about avoiding or suppressing them. It begins with acknowledging their presence. When we recognize and accept what we are feeling, we become better equipped to understand and manage those emotions. Often, simply naming an emotion can lessen its intensity and help us respond more thoughtfully rather than react impulsively.
Most of my clients come to me with heavy hearts, feeling overwhelmed and lost in their emotions. They want to run away from them because facing them can be so difficult. Yet, once they sit down and find the courage to look directly at those emotions, they often discover something they never expected. They gain new insights, uncover hidden truths, and find clarity within themselves.
They leave with lighter hearts. That is one of the most precious rewards of the work I do.

There are moments that pass through life so gently, yet enough to stir the human heart. Not loud, not dramatic, just silent undercurrents quietly swirling deep within the soul.

There is always home with you
Happy Mother’s Day!

The journey has come to an end after three days of learning, sharing, and growing together.
It was my first time creating a class and sharing my knowledge, so there were certainly imperfections and many things to improve. But every beginning is the first step toward becoming better in the future.
Thank you everyone for your trust and support.
Philippians 1:6:
Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Jesus Christ.

Sometimes, happiness doesn’t come from money. It comes from a simple moment of appreciation or witnessing the growth of someone I’ve supported. And that is more valuable than anything.

Thank You, Lord.
The first class has been delivered, and seeds of value have been planted within SME owners. I hope my small contribution can spark meaningful change.
I can do all things through him who strengthens me.

I drifted past the first rain of summer,
A hushed afternoon, a lone cup of tea,
Drops pitter-pattered through autumn's stray strands,
As winter turned, and spring knocked soft , uncertainly.
Em lỡ qua cơn mưa đầu hạ
Chiều yên quán lặng, mảnh trà đơn
Tí tách rơi, tóc thu, góc lạ
Đông chớm sang, xuân gõ cửa hờ.

You’re not actually stuck.
You’ve just become too used to looking at the problem.
I’ve spoken with many women, and I’ve seen this in myself too,
when we’re consumed by what feel like “big” problems in our lives.
The feeling is real:
heavy, suffocating, with no way out…
as if life has become unfair.
But here’s the truth:
You’re not stuck
because there’s no way out…
You’re stuck
because you haven’t truly looked at it differently.
Focusing on the problem
is the comfort zone you’re holding onto.
And when you stay there long enough,
you start to believe:
“There is no way out.”
Today, try something simple.
Watch this video.
The same scene, but from three different angles.
Your life is the same.
When you dare to shift your perspective,
what once felt “overwhelming” becomes smaller…
And the opportunities, the solutions
you couldn’t see before
begin to appear.
Take a moment to reflect on your situation.
Are you truly stuck…
or have you just been looking at it one way?

Tự do.

Do you remember the very first day you decided to become your own boss?
That mix of excitement and nervousness.
You told yourself: “From now on, I won’t work for someone else anymore.”
Independence. Freedom.
A business of your own — generating its own income, fueling your dreams.
And then reality sets in.
Working hours are no longer 8 a day — but 12, 14.
The pressure doesn’t ease; it keeps growing.
And the cash flow… isn’t what you expected.
Then comes that moment at 2 a.m.
The monthly report looks great.
Revenue is up. Customers are happy.
But when you check your bank account… there’s not enough money.
And you ask yourself: “Am I actually succeeding?”
I’ve been there.
And I’ve met hundreds of business owners who’ve felt the same.
The first reaction is always the same: try harder.
Sell more. Push more. Stay up later.
But the truth is — more effort won’t save you if you’re heading in the wrong direction.
It’s like rowing a boat with all your strength… without realizing you’re going against the current.
The harder you push, the more exhausted you become.
And the exhaustion turns into frustration.
The problem isn’t that you’re not capable, not hardworking, or that your product isn’t good.
The problem is a blind spot in how we’ve been taught about finance —
something accountants don’t explain, and business schools don’t teach.
That’s why a business can make a profit of 300 million this month…
and still need to borrow 500 million the next.
That’s why revenue can grow 40%…
yet there’s less money in the bank.
That’s exactly why I’m hosting a small Bootcamp to share this:
“Cash Flow Rescue Strategies”
3 evening sessions, from May 4th to May 8th, at 8 PM (Zoom).
No fluff. No theory overload.
Just enough for you to finally see what you’ve been missing.
Seats are limited — I want to keep it small enough to speak directly with each participant.
Registration link is in the comments.
Form closes at 11 PM on May 3rd.
