London should have established a publicly owned operator years ago and I've always half meant to organise a campaign to this effect.
Great to have @SadiqKhan commit to this — the only place outside Preston talking the talk.
Improving bus services is personal to me – and it’s great to see this from @louhaigh.
As Mayor, I’ve delivered the Hopper fare, the Superloop & frozen fares for five years.
If re-elected as Mayor, I’ll work with a Labour Government to establish a London Bus Company, bringing services into public ownership.
