My husband is threatening to divorce me because I slept with my ex the night before our wedding, and honestly, I think he's ignoring the role he played in the situation.
I'm 29, my husband, Michael, is 32, and we live in Houston, Texas.
Before Michael starts looking like the innocent victim in everyone's eyes, let me explain something: I didn't cheat because I stopped loving him. I cheated because he made me feel like I had to choose between being a good girlfriend and being my own person.
My ex, Tyler, and I dated for four years. We broke up because he wasn't ready to settle down, not because we stopped loving each other.
Six months later, I met Michael.
Michael was stable, generous, and obsessed with the idea of marriage. Within a year, he'd introduced me to his family, helped me buy a car, and started planning our future.
The problem was that he wanted to control every little detail.
He didn't like Tyler. He didn't like that we occasionally texted. He didn't like that I still had pictures from our relationship.
I explained that Tyler was part of my past, and deleting him wouldn't change that.
Michael said he couldn't marry someone who was still emotionally attached to an ex.
I told him he was insecure.
Eventually, I agreed to stop talking to Tyler, mainly because I was tired of arguing.
But I never blocked him.
When Tyler found out I was getting married, he sent me a message wishing me happiness. We started talking again, and I realized I still had feelings for him.
I didn't tell Michael because I knew he'd turn it into another argument.
My wedding was scheduled for Saturday. On Friday evening, Tyler called and asked if we could meet for one last conversation.
I told myself I deserved closure before entering a marriage.
We met at a hotel bar.
We talked about our relationship, the mistakes we'd made, and the life we'd almost built together.
Then Tyler kissed me.
I kissed him back.
We went upstairs and slept together.
Before anyone starts judging me, understand that Michael had spent months making me feel guilty for having a past. Tyler made me feel understood.
Was sleeping with my ex the night before my wedding the best way to handle that? Probably not.
But I wasn't going to let anyone convince me that one night erased everything Michael had done to make me feel trapped.
The following morning, I put on my wedding dress, walked down the aisle, and married Michael.
When he kissed me, I smiled.
And I honestly believed I could leave the past behind.
What happened three weeks later was the part I never expected.

My girlfriend met a woman in the woods while going back home to the village. The woman was making wreaths for her wedding next weekend. My girlfriend congratulated her, and the woman gifted her a wreath. She asked me, โBabe, did I just meet a fae?โ

women will put different sizes of objects in their vagina and complain that men cannot satisfy them with their penis, hence fisting. you cannot use your own hand to damage the natural looks of something and still complain that you don't get satisfied anymore.

thereโs nothing wrong with approaching a girl, asking for her number and never texting her. sometimes the mission is simply to confirm that you still have the confidence.
AITA for asking my sister not to use my stillborn daughter's name?
My younger sister recently announced that she's pregnant with her first child. My entire family, myself included, has been overjoyed for her and her partner. She's now 20 weeks along and working through the long list of preparations for welcoming a baby girl. She lives at home with our mother, while I live interstate with my wife and our two young daughters.
Some important background: my wife and I haven't had the easiest road to parenthood. We're blessed with the two children we have, but before our first successful pregnancy we suffered a devastating stillbirth that left us heartbroken. With the support of most of our family, we held a funeral to honor our little girl who never made it into the world. My sister didn't attend because of work commitments she "couldn't get out of," though she has since visited our daughter's grave.
