A Personal Note To All My Fellow SaaS Entrepreneurs Out There Or Anyone Building A Product 👇
One of the biggest mistakes founders make is thinking that building a good product is the hardest part of building a business…. It isn’t. Getting people to discover it, convincing them to try it, and turning that interest into paying customers is often much harder.
You can spend months building something genuinely useful. You can solve a real problem. You can have better features than your competitors. But none of that matters if your target audience doesn’t know you exist.
And even when they do, there is no guarantee they’ll care.
Distribution and conversion are two entirely different battles you need to consider even before building.
Distribution is getting your product in front of the right people, consistently and at a scale that makes growth possible. It’s figuring out which channels work, earning attention in an increasingly crowded market, building trust and finding repeatable ways to acquire users without spending yourself into a hole.
Conversion is a different challenge entirely. It’s getting people who have discovered your product to actually sign up, experience its value, come back and eventually pay for it. This is where retention also comes in.
A product can get thousands of visitors and barely convert any of them. You can have impressive signup numbers but terrible activation. You can get people to try your product but fail to give them a compelling reason to stay.
This is why marketing is not just posting on social media, running ads, or getting a few influencers to talk about your product.
Marketing is understanding your audience, positioning your product, communicating its value, choosing the right distribution channels, building trust, testing your messaging and constantly improving the journey from discovery to purchase.
It also means accepting that people don’t automatically care about what you’ve built just because you’ve worked hard on it.
They only care about their problems and your job is to show them why your product is worth their attention.
Sometimes that means spending serious money on marketing but throwing money at distribution without fixing conversion is just paying to show more people a product they won’t buy. Likewise, having a product that converts well but no reliable way to reach new customers puts a ceiling on growth.
The founders who understand this early have an advantage. They don’t treat marketing as something to figure out after the product is finished. They build distribution and conversion into the business from the beginning.
Building the product is only half the job. Getting it adopted is the other half.
With Love,
BigOs ❤️

You can now use @SharpPunterAI SharpSlips to curate slips with high odds.
I’ve also attached a track record of SharpPunter Daily Hot Picks and the odds of the day for the week.
The key difference between SharpPunter and other prediction platforms is transparency.
Everything is publicly available, so you can see our wins and losses. However, our wins consistently outweigh our losses by a huge margin, and we often go on multiple winning streaks.
No other platform can match this performance when it comes to prematch analysis for Football , Basketball and Tennis 💯

Yall remember when I talked about SharpPunter AI? They just dropped a new feature and it is actually insane.
Other platforms only show you the wins. This one shows the wins and the losses. That is why the slips feel different.

A simple way to get into this.
1- Get Claude (You’ll need at least a Max sub)
2- Connect your Claude to Blender via their MCP. Claude will generate the 3D assets for you. Blender is free
3- Connect with Unreal Engine aswell which is also free.
4- Vibe code the game with low poly at first then skin the characters and elements with your generated assets. Cook the environment and interactions with Unreal Engine.
5- Host your game and get testers.
Submit and Pray.

CT WEEKLY RUNDOWN
1. BTC + ETH
BTC dropped from around $87K to the low $80Ks, while ETH fell below $2,500.
The dips triggered heavy liquidations, with roughly $1B in long positions wiped out.
We were lied to about Uptober.
2. DID CZ SNITCH?
CZ once congratulated Solana on opening an office and advertising in China, something he said BNB couldn’t do.
Fast forward to this week, Solana’s Accelerate China event in Shanghai was postponed on the day it was supposed to begin, with enforcement officers reportedly at the venue.
The Solana Foundation later said registrations had exceeded the limit filed with local authorities, forcing the postponement.
CZ reacted to the situation, and people started connecting the dots.
Did CZ snitch on them? Well, bizzness is bizzness.
3. NFTs
Honestly, there hasn’t been much happening with NFTs lately.
Abstract announced that it would shut down on December 15, asking users to bridge their assets out before the deadline.
Shortly after, billionaire collector Adam Weitsman bought 117 Pudgy Penguins for roughly 280 ETH, worth around $710K, to support the collection during a difficult time.
The Pudgy team is now shifting more focus back to its NFTs and $PENGU.
4. Elon Musk’s flying car
Elon Musk unveiled Tesla’s new Roadster during a demonstration at a SpaceX facility in Texas. The car used thrusters to launch into the air, flip, and land back on its wheels.
Musk says production is planned for 2028, although the flying version is not yet a commercially available road vehicle.
Musk is the Tony stark of irl
5. Machi gets liquidated
Machi reportedly turned $56K into $12.25M over four months, only to get liquidated back down to around $21.8K on Hyperliquid.
He opened another 25x ETH long shortly afterward.
Well, I don’t think it’s all his money. He’s going to run it back.
6. Another celebrity memecoin rug
Sahil (@/villainmonkey) was linked to the FLOYD memecoin launch associated with Floyd Mayweather.
The token reportedly reached a $1M market cap before dropping by 96%. Reports shows that Mayweather’s account sold for just $5K in profit had people questioning whether he was broke😂.
A Neymar-linked token also rugged.
Buying celebrity tokens is a sure way to go to zero. It never ends well.
7. Anthropic’s new security tool
Anthropic launched OSS Scanner, an opt-in AI tool designed to scan open-source projects for vulnerabilities.
Crypto projects, including Nethermind and ZEUS, reportedly applied to use it.
With the amount of money being lost to exploits, tools that can identify vulnerabilities before attackers do could be useful.
8. Other things that happened
- The US stock market lost an estimated $800B–$1T in a rough session.
- MSCI index rules that could affect Bitcoin treasury companies like Strategy got attention.
- Circle shared its H1 revenue figures.
- Visa and Mastercard continued expanding USDC payout support.
- Gemini’s $5M CFTC settlement remained in place after a judge refused to unwind it.
Anyway, that’s it for this week. Enjoy your weekend ❤️

I remember saying that one thing I want to see is people winning on @SharpPunterAI with small capital, even ₦2K to ₦5K.
So I decided to start the challenge myself today.
I played 4 slips with ₦2,000 and ₦2,500 stakes, all with under ₦10K total capital.
One win from @29_xhelo’s optimized ticket has already covered the stakes on the other slips, and I still have two tickets running.
Two tickets still running: My usual SharpPunter rollover, curated with SharpSlips. Just one game left and another optimized slip with only two games left.
Let’s see how they finish.
Nothing is guaranteed, but I want to show people what using SharpPunter can look like in practice.
How my yesterday went with @SharpPunterAI
- I had a cut 1 then I did a rebet and it gave me 2 odds to secure another rollover.
- A 5 odds SharpSlips curated slip that settled at 2.68 odds after voids
- An optimized slip from @Gis0808 that paid out at 15+ odds after 1 void and optimization.
Coupled with yesterday’s win, not a bad SportyBet weekend at all.
This week, may you find yourself among winners and in rooms where good things happen.
Have a good week ahead ❤️ ❤️🫶🏼

CT WEEKLY RUNDOWN
Uptober?, I doubt 😂
1. BTC + ETH
BTC started the week near $87K before getting rejected and dropping to around $80.4K on Thursday. It later closed Friday near $82.1K.
ETH had it worse, dropping from the high $2,600s to around $2,488 by Friday, down roughly 6.8% on the week.
At one point, roughly $1B in long positions got liquidated.
So much for Uptober.
2. Ledger reseller scare
Users in Southeast Asia reported losing funds after buying Ledger devices from CryptoBilis, an official reseller operating in Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines for about 4 years now. Tuff.
Initial estimates put the losses above $86M, while a later analysis tracked roughly $92.9M across 311 wallets on five chains.
Ledger said it was investigating and asked the reseller to pause all sales and shipments.
Anyone who bought a device from them in the last 90 days was advised not to set it up. If they had already done so, they were told to move their assets to a new signer with a fresh seed.
There’s no confirmed Ledger firmware compromise or company breach so far. The suspected issue is a supply-chain problem involving tampered or fake devices.
Someone lost his life savings because of this, it’s crazy.
3. 79th Vault
A compromised operator key led to roughly $12.5M being drained from a BNB Chain liquidity pool.
The attacker pulled around 2.01M 79AU from the PancakeSwap pool and sold it off, causing the pool’s USDT reserves to collapse.
Thankfully, the attacker returned 15,000 BNB, worth around $11.5M at the time, which was roughly 92% of the initial reported amount.
Still, the incident exposed a bigger issue: other privileged keys reportedly retained the ability to extract funds.
4. XRP Ledger had a serious bug
A decade-old integer overflow vulnerability in XRP Ledger could have allowed someone to create spendable XRP beyond the existing supply through a specially crafted payment.
The bug was reported through a bounty program, patched in September and publicly disclosed on October 9.
RippleX said there was no evidence it had ever been exploited on a public network.
So, potentially billions in damage, but no confirmed losses. The fix was already in place before the public disclosure.
5. Pump.fun deployers extracted $128M
The top 25 Pump.fun deployers reportedly launched around 770,000 tokens and extracted $128M from the trenches.
Only six of those tokens ever reached a $20M market cap.
Think about that for a second. Hundreds of thousands of launches, $128M extracted, and only six tokens reaching that valuation.
And people still wonder why finding a genuine runner is hard, not to talk of the amount being paid for calling low caps. The extraction is killing here badly.
6. Another L2 might be next
Blast already announced its shutdown, and Scroll is getting dragged into the conversation.
The figures being shared for Scroll were rough: around 0.1 average daily TPS, $28 in daily chain fees and approximately $49 paid to Ethereum, leaving it at negative $21 in daily net revenue before sequencer costs.
Abstract and Blast have already entered shutdown, while people are speculating about which L2 could be next.
7. The US government moved another $1B in BTC
Lookonchain reported that the US government transferred another 12,267 BTC, worth roughly $1.01B.
There was also an earlier reported movement worth around $566M that same day.
People were speculating about what the transfers meant. Some thought the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve narrative was falling apart and that the government could be selling, while others believed it might simply be wallet rotation for security purposes.
There was no confirmation in the posts that the BTC was actually sold.
Still, moving that much BTC is enough to get people talking.
