Brent Pry is quickly becoming an all-time Virginia Tech Hokie throughout a journey that Hollywood couldn’t script.
Simply could not be happier for him.

Another banger Set In Stone by @HokiesFB
Pry has a quote we need on T-Shirts. “It’s only just the beginning M Fers”

I wrote about our Re-establishment now that we’re 2/3 through year one. Enjoy.
6-2. Two straight wins. Dramatic statistical improvement.
But the biggest change at Virginia Tech might be something you can’t measure: confidence turning into expectation.
The foundation is being set (in stone). And it’s starting to show.

This play reminded me of this clip from the 2010 Iron Bowl.
Everything about the situation screams “SPEED UP!”.
The moment, the pressure almost immediately, ALL WHILE drifting away from the target.
No panic. Perfect touch. Ballgame.
Again, he’s happy and he deserves to be. He’s a good football coach. Has his flaws, but you can’t take that away from him.
There will come a day when all the good he did for Penn State will be rightfully recognized and outweigh the negative feelings.
I’m not going to lie, when I see him all I can think of is still the pain of the most excruciating losses imaginable. Some his fault, some not. I can’t help but feel angry for all of us, him including. It’s going to take time.
All one can hope for is that one day he’ll return for the celebration of either the ‘16 or ‘24 teams and receive the biggest standing ovation. As he should. The 2nd best head coach in the history of Penn State Football. Glad he’s doing well.

I *think* Grunk with the game on the line got to his third read with a dude in his grill. His eyes go Benji take it if it’s open -> throw back to Hairston which I think was the real intent -> Reynolds. What a freaking stud!

Grunkemeyer came through in the clutch 🦃
@E_Grunkemeyer threw two TDs to Luke Reynolds, including the go-ahead score with 1:44 left, to lead Virginia Tech past Clemson, 20-16. He finished 20-of-32 for 156 yards in the road win.
