🚨Reminder, acorns are toxic to dogs. If you recall from my original account, last year both Bagel & Gordon (2x for LG) suffered acorn poisoning. It was terrifying and they are lucky to be alive . Not all dogs were. This has been a hard weekend w/ their reemergence. Be aware.🚨

🚨🚨HEARTWARMING MOMENT🚨🚨 A young girl at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital got to experience the iconic “Hawkeye Wave” from the hospital window. After the first quarter, thousands of #Iowa fans, players and band members turned toward the hospital to wave to the children watching from above. Her reaction when she realizes the entire stadium is waving toward her is absolutely priceless. THIS IS WHAT SPORTS ARE ALL ABOUT. Tears watching this 🥹❤️

We are utterly heartbroken Our sweet girl Macie didn't make it. Her vitals never stabilized and sepsis ultimately took her life We did everything we could for her and she passed knowing how deeply she was loved Thank you for your prayers. Rest in peace, we love you Macie🌈❤️🐾

The emerg just called and Macie is a very sick girl. Her wbc count is very low and she is not improving. They are doing a transfusion right now and some xrays. We will know more in a few hours. We cannot believe this... please pray for her 😭

Her liver + kidney values are high and wbc count low. They are keeping her hospitalized. Tomorrow she will be getting an U/S. She may have liver cancer 😭😭😭

Please send your prayers and love to Miss Macie tonight. 💔 She became suddenly, critically ill this afternoon and is currently hospitalized with sepsis. The ER team is doing everything they can to stabilize her. She is a fighter, but she needs all the good vibes right now😭
