When it's time to harvest our cauliflower, it's cut in the field by the hands of our experienced harvesters. It's then taken back to our HQ 🚜 and packed (in recyclable packaging ♻️), before making its way to stores across Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 and then hopefully onto your dinner table 💚🍴

Targeted DNA sequencing, step 4 – Time for cycle sequencing which is a linear amplification (PNAS 12:5463-7) i.e. with either forward or reverse primer, dNTP and ddNTP. Then purification of extension products to avoid “Dye blobs” (several purification methods available).
