Sangamo’s $SGMOQ $SGMO Sept. 2026 MOR reports $138.45M in cash and $181.33M in net assets. These figures do not include proceeds from future auctions, such as ST-503, if not yet completed, nor necessarily the potential $100M in ST-920 milestones.
After all asset-sale proceeds, milestones, claims and bankruptcy costs, I expect a residual value of >$0.40 per share for shareholders.
Which brokers still allow investors to buy SGMOQ shares? Many brokers appear to have restricted trading to closing positions only. Any confirmed reports of brokers still accepting buy orders would be greatly appreciated!
