Some of my posts upset part of the internet-computer:native community, but you know, if you had been following me for the past few years, you would know that my story and my opinion about certain people in this ecosystem have not really changed. The only difference is that some of the things I said before have now proven to be true, and more people than before are starting to see things they unfortunately didn’t see earlier. My opinion of ICP has not really changed since I first started following its development. I still believe ICP is a phenomenal project and deserves far more attention. I don’t want to be some kind of influencer, nor do I want to monetize my social media content, so what I post is simply my opinion... and I have every right to express it. Whenever I’ve made serious claims, I’ve always provided evidence, and I don’t think I’ve ever accused someone of something they didn’t actually do. I absolutely do not hate anyone in this or any other community, but whenever I have the time, I will always fight for the truth. I also have every right to express my opinion about Jerry, who has a long history of manipulative and dishonest behaviour, and I have solid evidence for that which I’ve posted more than once. Yet there is always someone who comes along and says, “this project sucks” or “I don’t like it,” and suddenly that gives Jerry full permission to shit all over that project and its developers... even when what he says is false. There is no point arguing with people like that, and they certainly don’t deserve to be treated kindly. I also want to address marketing in ICP. Yes, ICP needs marketing. But marketing is not a process where the community simply decides what should be promoted and how, because, with all due respect, very few people actually understand what marketing is or how complex it is. What many people seem to think marketing means is simply having a bunch of people shill ICP, with no audience targeting whatsoever, as long as as many videos as possible are pumped out and as many impressions as possible are generated. And impressions are pushed to the front because anyone with half a brain understands that actual views matter far more. But even video content itself is only one small part of marketing. Marketing is a much broader discipline. Some people, like Alex, actually produce video content that is worth watching, and I have to admit that I like his style even though we disagree on many things. Now let’s get to what I actually have a problem with. I will never — and I mean never — accept people like Jerry and Bobby as the faces of ICP. I’ve already said this a thousand times. Both of them are full of toxicity, arrogance and ego — exactly the kind of traits marketing does not tolerate well. One of them has spent years making videos about other projects supposedly going to zero, speaking against meme coins, and is now behaving in complete contradiction to what he spent all those years preaching. On top of that, he is unstable in his character and behaviour, and people like that have no place anywhere near serious marketing. Sure, at times he can be funny or entertaining, but that does not erase all the bad things he has done over the years. The other one constantly tries to drag people into debates where he presents himself as intellectually superior and everyone else as inferior. He keeps pushing his own narrative without really listening to what anyone else has to say, and then wonders why nobody wants to debate him. Relax, man. You’re not Crypto Jesus. I’m sure both of them have introduced some people to ICP. But it is also obvious that we are still a very small community, and their actual impact is nowhere near as significant as they seem to believe it is. At the same time, they also damage the ecosystem through their toxic behaviour. On the other hand, after listening to one of Jerry’s latest videos and reading some of the comments from others, I’m now hearing that DFINITY should apparently start following the same path as networks like Solana... the same Solana people used to accuse of bribery, dishonesty and deceptive marketing. Now suddenly Solana’s marketing is amazing. I believe ICP can succeed without playing those kinds of dirty games. And some people have made a very important observation. Jerry is sick and needs professional help, and everyone who keeps encouraging and reinforcing his behaviour and decisions he makes is probably doing him more harm than I am by criticizing him. This text is polished by ChatGPT... mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa.

$ICP Fight Night ♾🥊 Keep it Thuggy 😎
Had to take my own idea a step further and make a promo poster for it. 😂 If @anal_token ever lets people choose who they want to fight, the whole crypto industry might accidentally get onboarded to $ICP. 😂

I was just minding my own business, putting up a promotional poster for ANAL Fight Night, when suddenly I heard an angry voice behind me. "HEY, BIT! WHERE THE FUCK AM I ON THIS POSTER?!" 😡 I turned around and there was @empierrepump, looking like I'd just committed a crime against the Roman Empire. Apparently, leaving the Empierre out of the lineup is considered treason. 😂 $ICP tprgv-hqaaa-aaaad-qmjea-cai.…

I think I've found the perfect way for @anal_token to bring the entire crypto industry to ICP. 😂 Let players choose their opponent: Dominic Williams, Jerry, Bobby, Pierre... basically anyone from the $ICP ecosystem. Then let them customize their own fighter with outfits, logos, and gear from whichever ecosystem they support. NEAR, Solana, Ethereum... everyone is welcome. The goal? Beat the crap out of your "favorite" ICP personality. 🥊😂 Judging by how much love these guys get, both inside and outside the ecosystem, this could become ridiculously popular. Imagine thousands of ICP haters discovering they have to use an ICP app just to punch Dominic Williams. Now THAT would be some hilarious onboarding. 😂

Three months building a feature. One announcement on X. Forgotten by most people before lunch. And then we wonder why so many useful products struggle to get noticed. I'm not saying every release deserves a massive marketing campaign, but important milestones shouldn't depend entirely on whether the algorithm decides to be generous that day. @clownitx gives projects an opportunity to involve independent creators who can talk about what's actually new, why it matters, and introduce it to people who weren't paying attention. A pretty useful application of InfoFi technology running on $ICP, regardless of which ecosystem your project belongs to.

So I finally had a look at near.social. 😂 I have to give $NEAR some credit. They really know how to take inspiration from other people's work. And the UI? Absolutely nothing like X. LOL The media storage is interesting too. FastFS puts files into NEAR transactions, while an external indexer and CDN handle delivery. Quite different from storing and serving media through $ICP canisters. But my favorite part is the Trending section: “No hashtags in the last 24 hours. Start one!” And I've been listening to people from the NEAR community telling me how dead and useless ICP social apps are. Well, that was quite an experience. Web3 social media at its finest. 😂

Trump token and some fucking penguins are listed on Gemini. Congrats on a big achievement. 😂 $ICP doesn't need to be listed on Gemini to prove anything. I'm not pretending it doesn't have its problems, but at least there's some genuinely interesting technology behind it, and actual applications people can use. Of course, getting listed would be nice. But if an exchange has room for presidential meme coins and cartoon penguins while ignoring a blockchain that's actually trying to do something different, that tells me more about the state of this industry than it does about ICP. Apparently, we've reached a point where being useful matters less than being easy to speculate on. What a fucking industry. 😂

A genuine question about a product can be worth more than hundreds of passive likes. @clownitx helps give those conversations a chance to happen. $ICP
500 likes on an announcement look great. But I'd pay more attention to the person asking, "Wait, what does this thing actually do?" That question can lead to a conversation, someone trying the product, or even another person recommending it. Those little reactions are often more valuable than the original numbers suggest. @clownitx gives projects a way to incentivize creators to start those conversations. What happens afterward depends on whether people find something genuinely worth their time. You can't manufacture curiosity, but you can give it a chance to spread. A pretty interesting use of InfoFi on $ICP.

While you're mocking @OpenChat on $ICP let me remind you of SOLChat that was hyped probably 10k times more. Funny thing, OpenChat is not perfect, but still here. So idiots, tell me one dApp in blockchain space that works like OpenChat does.

Looks like @Empierrepump, Ruggy, and Dommy are traveling the crypto world on a little educational mission. 😂 Their goal? "Politely" explain why $ICP is the only blockchain technology with a relevant use case beyond the blockchain industry. I have no idea who decided to launch an SNS1 token on @soonlaunchpad, but I'm pretty sure most people in the $ICP ecosystem don't even know the history behind that name. 😂 Those were some fascinating times. I still remember the hype surrounding the original SNS-1, when its price was hovering around 900 ICP and people were telling everyone to buy before they got left behind. I was actually warning people to be careful while others were busy predicting how much higher it would go. And what a story followed... The hype, the speculation, the drama, and everything that happened afterward. There's enough material there for a documentary. 😂 Those who've been around since the early days of ICP know exactly what I'm talking about. That was quite a chapter in this ecosystem's history.
