The entire system should of collapsed in 2008 but ofcourse the banks got bailed out because they were considered "Too Big to Fail". The Banks just carried on like usual,no lessons learned,no responsibility taken. They, backed by the Federal Reserve just print $$$ from THIN AIR and lend it to people and charge interest on the "magic money" and when people LOSE or can't pay back their loans to the Bank, they get their House and all their Assets taken by The Banks/Government.. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY evidently is something Big Banks and the US Government never need to honor, only WE THE PEOPLE suffer consequences while those in power always get a blank check and infinite leverage.
