Fair point. Honest answer: we don't have busy-day data yet, we're pre-launch. That's why the sh 5k/day per-merchant cap exists. The 1st merchants will show us the real peaks, and we'll size buffers from that. If you know merchants or want to back the desk, the Geyser goal is live
Merchants holding sats as a buffer is the right instinct. One correction: Geyser isn't a refill rate, it's donations, so it moves as fast as people give. That's why we're not leaning on it alone. Have you run a float like this before? What per-merchant buffer worked for you?
Honest answer: not solved yet, it's the next build. Seed desk of ~$2,000, physical KES only, $500 cap on BTC held, KES 5,000/day per merchant, zero spread. Funding is the bottleneck, Geyser goal is live. How would you structure liquidity?

Fair enough.
I’ve been scammed millions by my giving to charity which I can forgive but when what I cannot forgive is my friends who also donated being scammed because of my lead.
It honestly angers me because the right people did not get help yet in my ignorance I hope Allah will honor my intent. Do not come at me asking me to retweet your campaign. Everyone’s is assumed a scammer until due diligence is performed and I simply do not have the time.
