Yesterday we had our very first pilot session of Bitcoin for Las Girlies and my heart is so full. 💕🥹 Listening to these incredible women say they finally felt safe talking about money reminded me why I started this. For so many of us, finances were never a conversation. It's generational. We're told to save, but not how. We're told to be independent, but not how. We're told to be "good with money," yet no one teaches us what money actually is. That has to change. Financial sovereignty begins the moment a woman believes she's capable of understanding money. And to me, that's also an act of self-love. Because loving yourself means believing you're worthy of learning, growing, asking questions, and taking control of your future instead of leaving it in someone else's hands. This isn't just about Bitcoin. It's about confidence. It's about breaking generational cycles. It's about creating a space where women can learn without shame and realize they belong in every financial conversation. Yesterday wasn't just a class. It was the beginning of something I've dreamed about for a very long time. 💖 @AmityAge @labitcoinmami

Day 4 and Olympics day 🎉🔥 Today we played all the games we built during the week and it was so much fun!!! 🤩 We’ve had so much fun this week, building, learning, laughing and meeting new people. Huge thank you to everyone who joined us and special thanks to @BitcoinProspera for putting this together 🧡 Btw, we will be posting more about what went down this week so stay tuned 😉

That’s a Wrap for day 3 of Bitcoin Vibecamp 🙌🏼🔥 Today we learned all about Zaps and was interesting to say the least. We continued to build and can’t wait for the tournament tomorrow night 🎉 Super excited!!

Day 2 of #BitcoinVibeCamp and WHAT A DAY!!! 🤯🔥 Today we learned how to use #Nostr, kept building our games for the VibeCamp tournament in 2 days AND started connecting them to Nostr 👀🎮 We spent the day building from the Bitcoin Center, which also happened to be Cowork Tuesday ☕️ Good coffee, good people, lots of building. And we’re only on Day 2. 🚀 Thank you @BitcoinProspera @labitcoinmami @itsTomekK @AmityAge

Yesterday we started Bitcoin Vibecamp and what a great day! 🔥 We are building our own games and it’s been interesting to say the least 😜 We love learning new things and with this, we can also implement it in our educational activities with the kids which we LOVE!! Thank you @BitcoinProspera

We had some entrepreneurs from La Ceiba (another city) including the Mayor from that city visit us to learn more about Bitcoin and how they can accept Bitcoin as a form of payment 👏 All 15 of them kept asking questions and even invited us to go to their city to give more workshops 🔥 these are the stuff that make me happy cause just 3 years ago a little amount of people were interested and now we have people from all over the country interested in learning more about Bitcoin. Part of our POW 🔥🙌🏽 @AmityAge

Our fav 3 year old is visiting us again today 🧡 she doesn’t fully understand but she loves the word Bitcoin 🥹

Last week I met someone who is from Canada. His story is sad… his ex wife stole everything from him and blocked his accounts. He’s back in Honduras fighting for everything back. He mentioned how he felt like everything was going wrong and he was losing hope. He came to me because he needed to cash out some bitcoin to pay for lawyer fees because that was his only option. I was able to show him how to move his bitcoin from an exchange (where he kept it for a long time) to another wallet and among other things he needed to learn. His answer was the best. He said: “You saved me” and he hugged me 🫶🏼 he later said: “I promise you… after learning how to use my wallet I have hope again” That’s what this is… Bitcoin is hope and we’re so happy to be able to teach that in our small corner of the world 🧡🧡 @AmityAge

👏🏼

We got some more stickers today and of course it only made sense to pay with sats 😜 I helped them reset their wallet and hearing them say: “this is much easier than we expected” def made my day 😌

Today is a sad day… today we packed up the first apartment we ever paid with Bitcoin here in Roatán. We were renting for almost 2 years when I finally got the owner to accept #Bitcoin One day he just randomly said “Ari, I’m ready to accept Bitcoin” 🙌🏼🔥 We have so many great memories here. We’ve had so many great people stay here with us 🧡 so many great ideas came from this very place but we are ready for the next chapter. We are grateful for all the memories made in this wonderful apartment and all the people who joined us 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Rainy day? No prob for us because we learned more about #Bitcoin 😉 @AmityAge

We’re so happy to introduce Bitcoin for Las Girlies💖 For a long time, I've wanted to create a space where women could talk about money without feeling overwhelmed, judged, or like they're expected to already know everything. So we're finally doing it. ☕✨ Bitcoin for Las Girlies is a casual meetup where we'll chat and learn about money, confidence, sovereignty, and Bitcoin in a way that actually makes sense. Just coffee, conversation, and a group of girlies who want to learn something new together. To me, this isn't just about money. It's about confidence. It's about understanding your options, making informed decisions, and feeling empowered to take ownership of your future. Because sovereignty starts with believing in yourself enough to take control of the things that matter, including your finances 💕 This is our very first pilot session, so we'll be keeping it small, relaxed, and focused on learning together 🧡 @labitcoinmami @AmityAge

One of the best journeys…

It’s been a great week but the best part is having this 3 year old visit our Center and steal our hearts 🧡🧡

Saw this on Reddit yesterday and it’s so TRUE which is also extremely sad Translation: “Inflation is so high, I didn’t have enough to buy tortillas”
