Yesterday were made aware of possible vulnerabilities in the version of Tor being used. We have updated to use the latest version of Tor 0.3.5.8 to mitigate against those potential issues. Please update your wallets. Thanks to @LarryBitcoin for the responsible disclosure.

So Tor is now built in as of the latest update on the Google Play Store. You can enable Tor before creating a new wallet or toggle on/off at any time within the wallet. Coming up in next UI build a dedicated network managementt screen for Dojo and Tor. play.google.com/store/apps/d…

Currently testing version of Samourai Wallet with much improved built in Tor (no more needing an external Tor app) which is a prerequisite for connecting to your Dojo full node.

We are using Tor for our pairing protocol with @BitseedOrg and @SamouraiWallet. Built-in e2e encryption and authentication, NAT traversal, and static onion address. It's a great tool for more than just anonymity.

Should it be a problem to bundle #Tor with #Bitcoin, and have it used by default for pairing with other devices/wallets (ONLY - all exit node and relay activity would be disabled)? All invisible to the end user. (Note: Tor itself is not illegal anywhere according to @torproject)
