Sadly you cannot use teambuilder teams offline, so that won't work. But modded teams will work fine, should be plenty of them!

It’s been in development for about 3 years man. No, it wasn’t supposed to be coming out. We haven’t announced a release date or even formally marketed it because development takes awhile with our very small team. Give us a chance before just blasting it.
