Great day at the North Shore Pack Summer Solstice Classic! 🥇1st in Shot Put and Discus, plus two new PRs: 11.70m and 35.88m! Forgot to get a Shot Put video, but I'll be back at it this week at the UW-Whitewater Summer Open and Carthage Summer Open. Looking forward to competing!

Here are some of my best throws from my sophomore season. May not be the distances I was aiming for, but I made a lot of progress and learned a ton along the way.
I’m excited to be training with @BoasClub this summer and looking forward to competing. Stay tuned for what’s next!

This moment is a very important and pivotal moment for Edwardsville HS Throw Coach @CoachJakeFoster . It is one moment @coachangeldls @BoasClub @coachtulua and a few other coaches were able to share. John Smith is the 1 man who defies all traditional S&C training. #throwfamily – at South Roxana, IL
Congratulations Arisa for an amazing accomplishment as such a young age! We can't wait to see what you are going to do this summer!
