I started with…
- email triage, obviously
- daily recap at 3pm
- morning brief at 7am
- structured work order submissions to our service coordinator as needed from Ring Central and multiple inboxes (warranties, recalls, etc)
- identify and extract summaries for RFQs from clients and create the property/contact records in our CRM
- perform a weekly report card on service coordinator communications across Ring Central and email
My goal is to be untethered to the day to day business by end of year

Ok…some things to dissect here. First couple swings he’s really hard on his stride foot. Head moves forward, balance is off. To his credit, he makes the adjustment and the next couple swings are much better. It’s great that he felt that….and fixed it on the fly!
One thing to work on….He has a pretty significant left arm bar. This is causing him to be “sweepy’ thru the zone. He’s gonna be behind velo as he gets older. For more power, kids tend to ‘reach back’ thinking that will help them. It doesn’t. Power comes from loading into ur back knee and hip and the hips and hands exploding at the same time. Put him on the tee. Get him to load into his back side and merely turn the shoulders, with less arm bar. Hope this helps….
