Its a source of perpetual shame that there are Australians that are this fucking stupid. The silver lining is that they're so fearful of made-up nonsense, they've become too afraid to leave the house.

Trump: "I've heard some people say ...". When it comes to things Trump knows, one fact we can be certain about is that he didn't read it somewhere.
Constantly uninformed, unaware and stupid.

If Facebook is doing it, so is everyone else: bankrolling content that breaches their own standards. At least Meta admits it. This is why Elon bought Xitter: to use the platforms' earnings to pay for content that aligns with his political predilections. abc.net.au/news/2026-08-06/r…

Qld LNP contacting property developers with "opportunities to donate"? While NSW Libs appear in front of ICAC over dodgy developers' cash? JFC, the Crisafulli/Bleijie govt had to know the NSW inquiry was already in the works when they started doing this. abc.net.au/news/2026-05-18/d…

Why has it taken the Liberal Party ruling out a coalition with Pauline Hanson's One Nation for #auspol news media to suddenly take an interest in the lunacy of Malcolm Roberts? He's been saying criminally crazy stuff for years, all but ignored by media. abc.net.au/news/2026-07-18/m…

Fortunately, everyone will eventually hear the correct explanation (ie that "level" = equidistant from the centre of Earth's mass). The disturbing reality is that some people reach adulthood without ever hearing the basic explanations for such ordinary, everyday phenomena.

"House prices would need to fall by a significant amount, 45%" to become affordable for someone on median wage. This could have been fixed a decade ago. Our news media's preferential platforming of squealers helps explain why it wasn't. abc.net.au/news/2026-07-12/h…

With the extraordinary penetration of solar panels on top of homes, ordinary Australians are now major producers of electricity. The second wave of decentralisation, battery storage, is beginning to drive the most expensive producers out of the market. abc.net.au/news/2026-06-02/c…

In behaviour that's now typical of the Crisafulli government, they chose & approved the name of a new performing arts building months before running a public competition to "choose the name". Unsurprised to see safest-seat-in-Qld owner Langbroek involved. abc.net.au/news/2026-03-16/q…

Unbelievable that Australian politicians, knowing full-well that housing must realign with workers' wages, are terrified of people whining about house prices falling or, more precisely, the media siding with the wealthy over everyone else. abc.net.au/news/2026-06-05/p…
