What a day ahead! Off to help with the @BookmarksNC Bookmarks festival today. So blessed to get to spend the day with Carmen Agra Deedy on her school visits! I can’t wait to ‘meet’ Carina Felina! Get ready! She will hold you in the palm of her hand. What a storyteller!

Enjoyed hearing @ibramxk and Nic Stone at the @BookmarksNC event tonight @WakeForest! My young friend Gwen Straker (far left), did an excellent job moderating the discussion. 🙌🏽#antiracist – at Winston-Salem, NC

Earlier when I announced my pre-order campaign with Woozles, my local indie up in Canada, I mentioned I was working on US-based options, too — here they are! Order at either location for copied w/ signed bookplates (while they last) and entry to win an original concept sketch* 👀
