The way Black people have been labeled in America has changed over time, but it was never a simple timeline. Many of these terms existed at the same time, and each one reflects a different moment in history, power, and identity.
In the 1800s and early 1900s, terms like “Negro” and “Colored” were widely used, often imposed by society and institutions. By the 1960s, during the Civil Rights Movement, “Black” became a term of pride and self identity, popularized by movements like Black Power. Later, “African American” gained wider use to emphasize cultural roots and heritage.

ابوه راح امريكا في كام سنة عمل ثروة و ابنه دخل مجال سياسة وهو مهاجر ومش ابن البلد وبقي سيناتور غصب عن عين أكبر رأس في أمريكا نفسها
قولي كام دولة في العالم ممكن تكسب فيها الفلوس والكرامه وحرية التعبير في نفس الوقت ؟!
