Today I spoke with John Deaton @DeatonforSenate, who’s running for the U.S. Senate in Massachusetts, about @LiveNation’s monopoly on @TheYoungJurks.
I told him we don’t need politicians who wait until Taylor Swift ticket prices explode, sing a few of her songs for the cameras, and then disappear.
We need politicians who will actually take action, stand up for fans, and do something about this monopoly.
I appreciate John saying he’s willing to back up his words with action. That’s what fans need.
