Why do I feel a big upset coming and ruining Skye Nicolson’s MVP debut? Talk me out of it.

Hard to argue w b2b gold medals and undisputed up and down weight classes, but something tells me JP was referring to his MVP house. But we need that Claressa fight news next @Dsalita 🕵🏽‍♀️ 👀

Leaving Claressa off this list is like leaving Michael Jordan off a list of the greatest basketball players or Muhammad Ali off a list of the greatest boxers. Lists are subjective—obviously. Claressa’s legacy speaks for itself.

My top 3 female boxers of the last 5 years: 🥊 Amanda Serrano (1 last fight) 🥊 Katie Taylor (retired) 🥊 Chantelle Cameron (many left) Proud to have promoted all 3… And the future is so bright for women’s boxing because of them.

This is truly bittersweet ❤️. @Serranosisters from day one you have always been there for me. To encourage me, speak kind words to me, give me advice & to simple be a great friend❤️. You have been a trailblazer this entire time! When I was a amateur boxer I looked up to you & said one day I will be like her. Through all of your hard work you have made my dreams possible ✨️. You have been a force to be reckoned with & you have constantly shown what it means to be a champion inside & outside of the ring at all times 🔥. Amanda, we love you & thank u for always being true to yourself & for always standing up for equality & truth 👏. You my friend are the greatest female boxer of ALL TIME ❤️🫂 .

Claressa had her first MMA fight in 2021. She could be a solid purple or brown belt in BJJ by now. Claressa quit MMA because it was too hard and went back to boxing. Since returning to Boxing @Claressashields has only had 8 boxing fights…the same amount of Boxing fights I’ve had while being MMA World Champion. She picks and chooses the easiest road possible
