Here's an example of pain felt by citizens by #ToryLeadershipContest candidates who supported inaction / inadequate solutions:
“Money & stress led to arguments & divorce costing me even more. Two of my children moved out & I miss them terribly. I have been on anti-depressants & had dark thoughts. I cannot sleep. Constantly under stress and fear or losing more or more demands #APNs etc” #LoanChargeScandal

#Caturday fans, FYI
John Cleese looked at Taylor Swift's cat and immediately chose violence. The funniest part isn't even the insult. It's how genuinely confused Taylor seems that someone could look at Olivia Benson and come away with that opinion. Cleese keeps digging himself deeper, while Taylor has to sit there and defend a cat that apparently did nothing to deserve this level of criticism. The exchange works because neither person gives the other the reaction you'd expect. Cleese keeps pushing the joke, Taylor refuses to completely play along, and suddenly a conversation about a celebrity's cat becomes the funniest part of the interview. Sometimes the best comedy is just watching someone confidently say the wrong thing to the exact person who is going to challenge them.

Crack. That's the sound of my jaw hitting the floor. #Barclays
BARCLAYS PICKED THE WRONG HOMEOWNER Meet John Galajsza. A @BarclaysUK customer for 35 years. Never missed a mortgage payment. Not one. I met John in person back in March, at an APPG summit in @UKParliament. He is the real deal. Back in 2001 Barclays sold him a Woolwich Mortgage Reserve product. Barclays does not even sell that product anymore. It got quietly retired. John stayed locked inside it for years. Then the same bank he trusted for three and a half decades took him to court to repossess his home. Loyalty only flows in one direction when you are dealing with a bank. John could not afford a City law firm to defend himself. Barclays could. They brought in solicitors TLT LLP and a barrister to fight a homeowner over his own front door. So John found a McKenzie friend, John Robertson, and the judge granted him rights of audience. That means Robertson stood in that courtroom facing Barclays' paid barristers and argued the case properly. No wig. No retainer. Just someone who read the paperwork properly. Barclays probably expected this to be over in a few months. A quiet possession order, a quiet eviction, no one watching. Last week the court sent a sealed order. Case M00CM437, County Court at Chelmsford, District Judge O'Malley presiding. The hearing listed for 17 September 2026 has been cancelled. John has been granted permission to file an Amended Defence and a Counterclaim against Barclays. Barclays came to repossess his house. Barclays now has to defend itself in the same case. The order goes further. The possession claim and John's Counterclaim will be case managed and determined together. Barclays must respond by 23 October. John can reply by 6 November. A case management hearing follows after 27 November. One of the biggest banks in the country is now on the back foot in a case it probably assumed would end quietly at the first hearing. The order arrived on John and his wife Paula's 48th wedding anniversary. A district judge granting you permission to sue your own bank is one way to mark it. This case is barely getting started. Right now a homeowner with a McKenzie friend is holding his ground against a bank with a law firm on retainer. I will be following this closely. ------- One of the men standing with John and John Robertson at the Royal Courts of Justice was Glenn Cottingham Smith (back left on the image). He used to run Qbitus Products and Venue 73 in Brighouse. For years he said a person he had trusted as a friend had defrauded him, and for years he tried to get that recognised. The financial and legal strain wore him down. On 28 March 2026 he took his own life. His case is continuing regardless. Glenn's story reminded me of @johncock_wayne's, another APPG contact who Bank of America scammed and who has come close to losing his life more than once fighting to be believed. @stevemiddi1 @MLorrM @Victoria_Rixon @JohnCleese

A cluster of truths spoken in response to @ManUtd Muslim Supporters Group statement against Jim Radcliff's views on immigration & the UK Govt.
Well said Simon Jordan - who points out some inconvenient truths on illegal migration. And no, his commentary isn’t racist. He’s simply saying in blunt terms what millions of people are saying up and down the country. And no, they aren’t racist either.

The late Rod Liddle in April 2004 i/v'ed former Bradford Headmaster Ray Honeyford. In 1982 he caused a stir for his opposition to multiculturalism in schools. Muslim parents insistedof exemptions from drama, dance, sport, or swimming for girls, which was plain sexism, if not misogyny. He also objected to policies allowing extended absences for children to visit Pakistan/Bangladesh and what he saw as insufficient emphasis on English. Like Aisha Khan at the @OxfordUnion debate, like the Batley Grammar school, Pakistani🇵🇰 mob rule took over, the local education authority were cowards. Honeyford needed a police escort to get into school. Labour mayor, Mohammed Ajeeb called for his dismissal and predictably resigned. The Salman Rushdie, Satanic Verses event was not to happen until 1988. Another opportunity missed.

Good morning. I’ve had a think overnight about this and despite me thinking and saying that reporting anything to the Metropolitan Police is a complete waste of time, I believe that I have to report this, so am filling out the hate crime report on the Met’s website and will keep you posted what happens. There are several reasons I’ve decided to report this: 1: The number of Muslims and their enablers who denied this ever happened and think I made it up. Well, I’ve posted actual photos and videos before and they still think I’ve made it up. But I want normal people to know that it was real. 2: When you watch programmes about the build up to the Second World War and you can’t comprehend how people allowed Jews to be rounded up and then sent to the gas chambers, if you sit around and say nothing now, well, you would have sat around and allowed it then, so don’t fool yourself that you wouldn’t. 3: I believe the government, the mayor of London and the police have enabled Muslims and Jew haters to commit their acts of hatred. We’ve had marches constantly for two plus years now supporting Palestinian terrorists and they’ve been allowed to chant death to Jews with immunity. So now they feel immune and what I witnessed yesterday is the result of that. 4: If I don’t do anything about this, then I am guilty of allowing Jews to suffer. So for these reasons I’m reporting the incident. I have zero to low hopes of any meaningful investigation by the police, but at least I’ll have done something. Next time I witness similar, and I can’t help thinking there will be a next time, I shall intervene immediately. I’ll keep you posted of any response from the Metropolitan Police.
Sitting outside a pub in Little Venice in London right now waiting to photograph an event near here this evening. An orthodox Jewish family walked past. A husband, his wife, their toddler and a baby in a pram. An Arab girl in her twenties just walked up to them and made a gun sign with her hand and said die. Then pointed the ‘gun’ at their each child and said die. She stood there threatening and laughing as she wished them dead. I told her to fuck off and she wandered away laughing. I’m angry at myself for not videoing her instead so you can see the depths of the vermin in this country, protected by the mayor, the police and the government. Photo of where I watched it. Truly awful.

🚨 Ed Husain the ex-Muslim Brotherhood member , has been saying this for years. He knows exactly how it works because he lived it. Ed Husain drops the truth bomb that changes everything. The British government is deliberately tolerating Islamist extremist organisations like the Muslim Brotherhood, Hizb ut-Tahrir and others , not because they believe in them, but as strategic leverage and bargaining chips against Arab nations. While our streets are burning with the fallout and young lives are being quietly broken, the same government that “tolerates” these networks keeps them as powerful tools to negotiate, pressure and control Arab governments in the Gulf. This isn’t conspiracy. This is the hidden reality behind the entire system.

David Lammy has been sacked as Justice Secretary. He tried to restrict our ancient right to a jury trial. He failed to stop rapists and paedophiles from being released from prison early. He prioritised diversity over merit. And court backlogs reached a record high on his watch. I wish him well for the future. But his successor has a lot of work to do.

🚨Oliver Glasner just delivered one of the coldest press conference responses of the season Reporter asked him about the title race and whether Palace could influence it… Glasner replied: “I checked my pay slips… I didn’t get any money from Arsenal or City.” Then he finished with THIS: “Our influence in the title race is definitely less than VAR.”

Britain spent a decade choosing to be smaller in the world. Right now the rules on communications, energy and trade are being rewritten. By China. By Russia. By countries that take their own security seriously. We need to be at that table. That's a choice we must make. Strong countries get cheap energy. Weak countries pay whatever the strong ones decide.

‘Darren Rigby, who sent hoax death threats to schools is jailed’ All girls’ schools were specifically targeted. Rigby ‘threatened to carry out deadly attacks supposedly in response to the treatment of ‘transwomen’’. None of this features in the coverage across outlets, despite the evidence emerging in email evidence and in court, neither does it feature in the Merseyside Police report. ‘I’m going to kill every girl and woman staff member I come across’ ‘I'm going to shoot and stab all your girls’ It’s a crime of extreme misogyny in the cause of ‘fighting trans oppression’ but any mention of ‘trans’ has been erased by the police, PA and all news outlets. In addition the BBC report hides the fact that it was a crime against women and girls. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c0e2… southport.thelead.uk/p/hoax-…
