This is like the epigraph for the entire Trump 2.0 presidency: ‘’I don’t give a damn. We’re making a fortune’
TRUMP on HIGH GAS PRICES: We’re making money like we’ve never made before. They’ll say: President Trump is bragging about all the money they're making while people are suffering at the pump. I don’t give a damn. We’re making a freaking fortune.

Such a shame the boss already admitted that Todd’s lying
The Department of Justice does not seek to stop any ballot from being cast or to stop the certification of Alaska's election. This litigation seeks to ensure that after Alaskans cast their ballots, they are preserved in a manner so that only Alaska's governing officials have the information necessary to make a determination as to whether Alaskan voters were confused or mislead. The lawsuit was written by Justice Department attorneys and the Department did not coordinate with any campaign or candidate, but rather relied solely on federal law.

Another case where actual Texas GOP elected officials and operatives are much more concerned with early voting numbers than commentators on X
🚨🚨 Just got off the phone with Tarrant County election insiders who broke down what is becoming a five-alarm warning: Democrats are outvoting Republicans here. For perspective, Tarrant is the last large red urban county in America. It is GROUND ZERO for flipping Texas. While Tarrant has more registered Republicans than Democrats, Ds have done a better job of turnout than Rs for the last several elections. REMINDER: In 2018 Beto beat Cruz in Tarrant by over 4k votes. I am told that even though Ds typically outperform Rs in early voting, the reduced percentage of Rs early voting against Ds at this point signals a major warning. Texas will be lost if Republicans don’t vote. Make sure EVERYONE you know votes. There is no greater priority right now. The people I spoke with are solid officials who are not prone to sounding the alarm unnecessarily, so this is a legitimately serious issue. 🚨🚨

ok and what's the second screening?
they should offer two types of screenings for You Can See Everything: one for normal people and one for people who want to performatively laugh at everything that’s humorous or awkward

As Trump barnstorms the country hoping to revive his base ahead of the midterm election, he is returning to an old habit: heckling protesters and encouraging violence against them. @mjcontrera nytimes.com/2026/10/24/us/tr…

Breaking news: The Justice Department has moved to preemptively block certification of the results of Alaska’s Senate race if Republican incumbent Sen. Dan S. Sullivan loses his tight race against Democrat Mary Peltola next month. wapo.st/47GV3EC

i’m realizing now that this feels like a very old school nathan for you trick
the thing about You Can See Everything that i would most call genuinely daring is that it makes you sit in the theater for over an hour thinking that your ticket has gone into Billy's pockets and there's nothing you can do about it

Aaron Paul was meant to play Matt Hagen's abusive father in ‘CLAYFACE’. His very brief cameo was the last trace of a full set of flashbacks shot for the film before all being cut. (Source: ew.com/clayface-aaron-paul-c…)

KLARA AND THE SUN grossed $85,000 on opening day. No, I’m not forgetting a zero! Sony abandoned it at the last minute and shrunk its theater count so the writing was on the wall
