@Pru_UK PLEASE BEWARE ID YOU HAVE A PRUDENTIAL PENSION My pension value has dropped 30% in 3 weeks (Tens of thousands of pounds) since I have started to transfer it to another provider. They are refusing to speak to me, send recordings of calls or answer any questions.

Hi @Pru_UK I am still receiving letters signed by a person who retired as Customer Service Director at the PRU months ago. Has she got her pension payout? If so, why haven't I?
